Overall the smoker works and maintains temperature although I have had many other issues.....1..often find myself using torch to pre light wood chips...and 2.....have replaced digital controller twice because of failure. I do leave on porch with cover 100% of time.

I've had my Masterbuilt smoker for a while now and absolutely love it. I average 200-300 lbs of summer sausage, snack sticks and bacon every year. This thing performs flawlessly everytime I make a batch. Have also smoked 4 large pork butts at one time. Turned out perfect!

I recceived this smoker as a gift and an addition to my back deck entertainment area. The bluetooth makes it super easy to set and monitor the smoking process from other areas of the premises. The viewing window makes sure all the heat and smoke stay right where they are designed to be.

I bought this smoker last year and have used it several times. So far I have smoked excellent ribs, pork shoulder, and turkey. This electric smoker is great to maintain temperature during the entire smoke with lots of room. I am looking forward to many more great smokes!

This smoker has worked very well for me smoking everything from salmon, whole chicken and turkey, and pork ribs and shoulders. The wood chips sideloader is super convenient and keeps your smoker at temp. The app with bluetooth connection let's you keep an eye on it while your doing other things. This smoker is ideal for me as I don't sit still for long and I can trust it to do its job

Over the last couple of months, I have ran through 6 boston butts, 10lbs of wings, 3 racks of baby back ribs, corn on the cobb, 25lbs(in one cook) boneless skinless breasts, Boneless teriyaki chicken thighs... Salmon too! Not one single thing came out that wasn't good. Love, Love, love this thing! And now everyone wants to come over for the food because suddenly I am an instant pro! I was told that an electric smoker was the easiest and I am convinced that it is! Precision temp setting, the meat probe keeps me from under/over cooking. The small amounts of wood it takes to smoke anything in this is amazing with flavor! I love the bluetooth option if I need it to monitor the unit while working on other things...but I set the time the temp and let it cook! Absolutely the simplest and best flavorful smoker on the planet! 6 stars not 5

This is my third Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. This is the best so far. And, they've all been great smokers. This one keeps very consistent heat throughout the cook. It's easy to use, and easy to maintain. I say it's tough because we had a tornado go through close to the house. It blew the smoker off of the table I had built for it. All that broke was a door hinge. And that part was readily, and quickly available on the web site.

What can I say I mean it dosn't lead a pampered life sits out in the West Texas weather 24/7 and just keeps on performing like it is supposed to. Hail destroyed the control panel ordered a new one it was easy to install and just keeps right on doing what its supposed to do

I took back my cantankerous Tr**ger Pro and went with the MES 340G. No regrets! Hold temp EXTREMELY well. My only complaint is the chip feeder is small, and the tray doesn't hold many chips. I purchased a 12” pellet smoker tube to cut out all the running back and forth to add chips for my low and slow smokes, and it seems to be working out great.

I gave my hubby a digital electric smoker as a surprise Christmas gift last year. He was more excited than a kid on Christmas morning! He has turned out some incredible meals this year from his smoker. He has tried about every meat imaginable as well as smoked Mac and cheese and queso with delicious success!!! It has truly made having to eat at home way more fun. I don't think I will be able to top last year's Christmas surprise.
