This is a good smoker if not terribly durable. It cooks to a very consistent temperature. However I've had to repair the electrical connector in thge back several times. I've replaced the controller on the top once. Overall quality is ok and the above issues could be remedied with higher quality components and seals. Two things that make no sense to me are the display and the bluetooth. The display is a blue that's virtually impossible to read in direct sunlight. I'm not sure how many people are smoking meat inside, but for the rest of us the display is really bad. Also why bluetooth? I'm smoking meat for 6 hours, battery life isn't exactly an issue. Bluetooth is so low power you need to be within about 6 feet for your phone to stay connected. So it'd be super useful if I was sitting in a chair next to, but not facing, the smoker, and was too lazy to get up and look at the almost impossible to read display.

The stupid "safe mode" comes on if you open the door to check the status of your meat. When it comes on it blocks temperature and time controls. Says to close the door, remove item from the smoker, then connect. Connect all you want, the safe mode screen blocks the controls until you completely turn off the smoker and restart it... Don't buy into the Bluetooth controlled smoker, the app fails to deliver, buy a unit without the Bluetooth accessory. Otherwise the smoker works well. Two vents on the top is crazy, you can't fully control them, half open or closed however you call it. Makes a nice entry for mice to get in and make unwanted nests that you can't possibly clean out without a full disassembly of the smoker.

Bought this on a recommendation and smoked a turkey with it on its maiden voyage...the meat was delicious, and the process so easy.

I use my smoker a couple/few times a month! Easy to set, load and smoke! Removable shelfs allows for more meat in the smoker. Easy to clean and fire up again. Simply love it.

This is amazing!

I bought this smoker right before the COVID shutdown and it died during break-in. 8 week wait for parts. Bad temp probe. Then the main panel went out. MB quickly diagnosed that and had a part to me within a week, but that panel was defective out of the box. It reads probes correctly on startup but after warming up adds phantom probes and only 1 of 2 probes reads right. I wish I could get this expensive unit to work right!
