[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this smoker last spring and I love using it! I like to have family gatherings at my home, and the whole family has been enjoying the smoked meat coming to the table. Pork butts, pork loin, turkeys and beef chuck roasts have all been delicious and full of great smoked flavor.

The top-mounted controller has failed 3 times. When this happens, you have to unload the cook and put it in the oven in the kitchen. Not a great way to smoke food. This model has known problems. Just look at Youtube videos about it. I went back to my trusty Webber...

The first dozen or so times I used this smoker, I was in love. Worked beautifully. The blue tooth link was fantastic. Unfortunately the temperature probe quit working, negating the benefit of the blue tooth. Next, the smoker started blowing my ground fault protected plugs. Next, it stopped working altogether. I discovered the undersized wires connecting the heating element had burned in two. I fix them, only to have it happen again. I am looking for a better quality unit.

Bought this on Black Friday and it was one of the best purchases yet! Set it and run to the store....still having that good flair your use to

This is my first electric smoker. I have only used it twice so far but am impressed with the convenience and the results.

This is my second Master Built smoker bought from Sam's Club. Was very pleased with my first one. It lasted about five years.

Good smoker wish the chip holder was bigger so would last longer i use an amazn which works great for longer smoking otherwise very happy so far
