just trying to clean it

Product start malfunctioning, when my wife used only damp towel trying to clean it, and remove the battery, and reinstall the new battery, it is still not working properly, fragile sensor for such expensive piece of junk.

The can worked just fine until it breaks.

This was a Christmas gift and obviously it wasn't opened until Christmas day. Very disappointing that it didn't work. We even tried switching out the batteries even though they were brand new as well.

Disappointing

Ordered this as a replacement. The door won't fully open. Disappointed. Getting my money back. Pretty pricey for something that doesn't work right. Also, there's no inner can like other models have. Cheaply made.

Great buy!

Took about a week to receive but honestly the cutest trash can I’ve ever owned lol. The color is such a pretty rose gold and doesn’t look tacky at all. First time owning a motion sensored trash can and I love it. A great purchase

Best Product EVER!!!!!

This item is the best product I have purchased in a long time I love it, but it had a dent in it, SMH DO TO WHO HANDLED IT. THIS TRASH CAN IS FABULOUS DARLING.

Dented upon arrival. Very flimsy....

Received last night and not impressed. Looks very cheap let alone giant dent in the side. Had a 2nd dent and could push it out so it popped back. It is very thin metal and the plastic feels cheap. Will try to pop out 2nd dent with a mallet.

Sensor not stable

Product supposed to be hassle free, but the unstable sensor caused more problem than resolved, the sensor has different mood and is harder to predict what it want to do, like your girl friend.

Does not work

I was so excited for this trash can but it doesn’t work! The lid will not open and we have traded the batteries out multiple times. Terrible and so frustrating. We got it mid-February and we are now outside the return window.

Stop working after 2 months

Bad quality, the sensor is now kept blinking for days and it drains the battery very quickly, this is just 3 months in at most, changed the battery do not help or stop the blinking.

Worked great for the first few months but now the sensor doesn't always work and when it does it opens only halfway
