Beautiful trash can

Beautiful rose gold color! The motion detector and soft close work exceptionally well. You can also push the "open" button so that the lid stays open. I am very happy with this purchase. Requires 2 D batteries

Only 2 stars

Only 2 stars because the power button is in a really bad spot and keeps getting shut off. And I realize that this product was used but the can was bent to the point that the lid won't fit. Otherwise everything else works fine.

I love the trash can till recently. The lid does not work anymore. I have changed the batteries and it still don't work.. so disappointed on the price paid for it to nolonger ....

Stopped working right after 3 months

This is my second one first one worked great but this one not so much and getting a new one is impossible with shipments not getting in probably not going to see one for a while now they are ignoring emails and kept you on hold for ever.

Didn’t last

Purchased June 2021 and the motion sensor has stopped working. We have to open the trash can with our hands, sometimes it will close on its on if you bump the lid.

Faulty Sesnor

The trash can is great! I love it. No issues with it at all for about 3 months, and the sensor start to acting weird, and we assume it is the battery but it is not, it opens and closes on its own, which seems to happen to other people as well

Gabage

I have had it maybe a month today and already the motion sensor act really weird, even reset with a set of battery thinking that was it... Nope, the Ninestar is missing one star.

Battery Sucker

High quality batteries last approximately two weeks at best in the kitchen can. Once the batteries begin to die it’s a pain to open. Wish we had just bought a step open lid.

Poorly made lid

I loved this garbage can when I first bought it but after a few months the lid stopped opening. I can hear the motor and the green light blinks but it no longer opens.

Poor quality

Not durable at all, only after 6 month, the lids stopped working, tried new battery and led light kept blinking but do not open any more, called cusotmer service and was put on hold for 2 hours!!, Avoid it at all cost!
