The overall flavor of this dish was great especially with the teriyaki sauce, but there wasn't nearly enough beef or even vegetables to go with it. Next time I'll add more of my own ingredients, but this would make a great base for a dish. Just needs a little more. If you really like teriyaki noodles, this is perfect for you.

It was fairly easy to make on the stove top as a package recommended, but it did have more steps than your average “instant noodles” type food. Flavor was delicious, teriyaki sweetness really stood out to me with its bold flavor. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a quick dinner.

We tried this tonight and would not recommend buying. It was enough food for 2 dinners, mostly noodles. It was fairly quick to heat up. The udon reminded me of keto noodles. The dish overall was more sweet and salt than teriyaki. There were maybe 3 ounces of meat between the two small packs, which included some water chestnut. It's easier and tastier to use ramen packs and your own seasonings and meat, or precooked meat. Its cheaper too.

The portions are very filling for two people but any more people and you may be stretching it. I found the meal to be a sweet and savory flavor which I did not like but my husband loved it!

Not good for price. Includes all of maybe 4oz of meat and the veggies pictured are not in it. There are few tiny veggies in the sauce mix. This should be a $6-7 kit, not $14. It's straight up not worth the cost for what you get. Way too salty and dry. Ok first day, does not reheat well as it gets extremely dry

I chose to prepare this on the stove and it wasn't too difficult, the instructions were simple and it took around 12 minutes from start to finish. If you're tight on time you can also opt to microwave, which takes 7 minutes. The udon turned out great, there was plenty of noodles to feed two with plenty of leftovers. The beef was very tender and flavorful, very surprising to me given it's a packaged meal. The sauce was quite nice, however a bit too sweet for my taste. I think this meal would be perfect with a bit less sugar in the sauce, or perhaps just mixing in less to the noodles. Overall, I would strongly consider purchasing the Monterey Gourmet Foods Teriyaki Beef Udon Stir Fry Kit again and would recommend this to anyone who values a quick, easy, and flavorful meal— even if it is a bit sweet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beef stir fry kit is great! I bought 1 for inflencter and liked it so much we went back and bought 2 more for dinner this week. Im not normally a fan of premade stirfry but this one exceeded my expectations!

Wondering if folks who reviewed this poorly didn't pay attention to the expiration date or did the microwave method. I can't imagine it would taste good in the microwave, but I made it in the skillet which is listed as recommended. Was fantastic! My only critic was not enough veggies, but that's easily remedied with a bag of frozen stir fry veggies.

I bought this product before and was satisfied. My recent purchase was extremely disappointing. It had less meat and tasteless sauce. If I didn't add a can of Chinese vegetables it would have been a complete failure. I will never buy this item again. One star would be a stretch.
