We bought this for our travel trailer, it is exactly what was advertised and is very quiet, we looked at so many that were so loud then we found this one. So happy as we will be using it this weekend. Great product highly recommend. As a matter of fact we already told our friend to go buy one.

We outgrew our 2200w Hon** suitcase inverter and needed to upsize. After doing some research and talking to other RVers we chose the igen4500. A bit sceptical since we didnt have any direct expierence with Westinghouse generators or inverters but the iGen4500 had lots of features for a very reasonable price. Especially appreciated how EVERYTHING was included in the box with the inverter... oil, tools, funnel and even a battery charger! Unit was very easy to prep for use and started up with a simple push of the remote. So far only have 30+ hours on the unit but to date it has performed very well and has easily exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend the iGen4500 to anyone.

I purchased this item in June and appreciate the versatility, efficiency and low noise level. The only issue I had was hooking up to LP tank. There should be a flexible gas line at LP end rather than have direct hookup to reduce stress on connection. Overall very pleased with performance.

Really like the features... dual fuel, quiet, remote electric start, 30A RV connection, LED display. Battery stopped working after only two weeks, going to contact customer support to try and get battery replacement... will see how that goes. If not for hassle with failed battery, would have been 5 stars

I bought this a couple weeks ago, my husband forgot gas for it. We have the dual fuel generator, so we just hooked it right up to the propane tanks on our camper and it worked wonderfully! Very quiet, the remote start is an amazing feature as well! We were able to run AC, coffee pot, and my hair tools all at one time!

Generator is quiet and a good value for the money. Fuel consumption and run time left not accurate when idle control is off - You need to leave it off if you're running an AC or large load. Had to return the 1st generator. Being used on the tongue of a Travel Trailer. Good fit vs. weight / size.

Comes with tools and oil for setup. It was up and running within 30 minutes of taking it out of the box. Very quiet running generator. Has a handle for pulling it and 2 handle on top to lift it. Is a little awkward and heavy putting in the bed of truck by yourself.

This is my first time buying an inverter generator dual fuel generator and I'm impressed with how easy it is to operate. This is our first time owning a travel trailer also and I was nervous about having a generator and the difficulty in it but it is a super easy set up. All you do is plug in the battery, pour the oil and gas it up and it works perfectly. Powered my AC in the trailer no problem. And also the remote start is so nice to have.

this unit with dual fuel , eliminates many problems with the fuel supply in many areas. 3 ways to start up unit is a blessing. Good to know this reliable unit will be here IF and when needed, But also hoping I only have to use it ONCE a year for testing reasons.

Did a lot of research before buying this generator for home and trailer use. Read from reviews that it is incredibly quiet and YES, it is. Very impressed with the easy setup and overall operation of the generator. So far, I am pleased with the purchase.
