Get game! You make many laughs! See what I did there? ;) Poetry for Neanderthals is a hilarious new game that we got to enjoy for our game night. It was so much fun and everyone had a great time. You're only allowed to give clues using one syllable words and if you mess up, the other team gets to bonk you with the club! The kids loved that part the most! This game is an absolute hit for the whole family!

this game was so much fun. it gave us so many laughs. it was a great game for any age and went by fairly quickly, however you know when you're having fun time flies. trying to speak with only one syllable is actually harder than you think. lol. I recommend you get this game for your next game night, you won't regret it

This game was hilarious and a huge hit with everyone; both those that played and those that chose to just watch! Even the younger ones loved participating because who doesn't love hitting their friends and family with a giant (inflatable) club?! It's very easy to understand the game play and it plays fairly quickly. It's an absolute riot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing my 14 year old son said when he saw this game in our house was, "This looks cool." And then the real miracle occurred. After dinner, he got the game and wanted to play it with his family! We had so much fun playing this silly game. It doesn't take any time to learn how to play, and it's really fun. We've had the game for about a week, and played it twice, both times at the request of our teenager.

We wanted something just the two or us could play. This was a hoot to play.. We laughed the hole time. And a bonus is when the kids have a free weekend they want to play too.. Would defiantly recommend for family night for any household..

I'm glad I got Poetry for Neanderthals because it's a lot of fun for students learning languages. Although we have it in English and not other languages, it's fun to see students and professors flex their linguistic skills by coming up with single-syllable hints.

This is seriously one of my most favorite games. It's fun and hilarious. It's not too difficult to learn, but also not so easy that it's boring. It's a great family game, though a little tricky for young kids. Teens enjoy it, adults enjoy it, both enjoy it together. It's a good group party game. It doesn't take too long, but is long enough to make it worth playing. I just really like it!

But, when it actually comes to playing the game, it is not as easy as you think. Being able to whack another player with the no stick is fun. We played it at a small family gathering and it was a huge hit. This will definitely be a new regular for us.
