I bought this for an 8 year old who absolutely loves it. I love that I can put it anywhere there's a T.V. - making the screen big enough for her to read and I don't necessarily have to listen to it all day. Not too sure if I would buy this product for adults, though.

This product is basically junk. The sound was really horrible; like the speaker was blown out. When singing in the microphone, the volume has to be all the way up or you don't hear it at all. And the microphone breaks up so you hear every other word. Also, the first time we put the microphone in it's holder, it broke right off. We took it back and will need to invest more money in a more quality product.

so i thought that this would be a wonderful gift 4 my daughter because it was her birthday and i knew she loves to sing. so when it came i wrapped it up and gave it to her on her bday. when we set it up the sound quality was horible. the sound kept crackling. it sounded like fireworks. so i returned it. and my daughter got very upset. it ruined her birthday party. THANKS ALOT. i do NOT recommend this product to anyone.

I am very happy with this product. My only real complaint is that the microphone doesn't work very well. I am not sure if it is the unit or the microphone, but I am going to try to replace it and see. Otherwise, my daughter loves this and is very happy.

We purchased this sight unseen for our 6 year old daughter for Christmas- it was the best 40.00 we have spend in a long time!!! She can use it herself without our assistance, good sound- we have not hooked it up to our TV yet as she can't read, but she sings along with all her favorite cd's and has a blast!!!

This unit is what it is. It is the better option than the one with the built in screen. This filled our need for a small area "PA" and boom box capability all in one unit and still is portable. It was also cheaper at Walmart than two other stores. i.e. Sears had this on a super door buster special for $79 while the "REGULAR" Walmart price was $59. It works well. What more can we say?!!

My daughter is having a ball with her new karaoke. It seems to be a great buy for the money. I wanted to purchase one for her, but didn't have a lot to spend. She has singing ability and I wanted to give her the chance to explore her possibilites and have fun too. This product fits the bill.

I is a great little product. We have a small TV so we did not need a screen. Other comparably priced machines are small, cheesy and difficult to use. Other machines like this one are twice as much. This one works great. It has good sound for the price and communicates with the TV well. The microphone is better than other units I tried out. I bought a second mic for $17 and we had a great time with this. We have pool parties and all our friends love to play with this after a few adult beverages. Our Neighbors may not love it, but we have had a great time with it. Can't beat it for the price.

I bought this for my 8 year old daughter. It has pretty good sound and even comes with a cd to start that has a few good songs on it. I also got another cd but the word seem to lag when lighting up to sing. I am not sure if it is the machine or the cd. I will try with another cd. Overall it is a good product and great my daughter who loves to sing!

I bought this for my 4 year old for Christmas after he repeatedly asked for "a real microphone" and he LOVES it!!! Its easy to use and is extremely versatile.  He can put in any of his cd's and sing along, or he can put in a karaoke cd and watch the words on the tv screen and sing along with his 9 year old brother.  He carts it from room to room, sets it up, plugs it in and puts on a show anywhere people are gathered.  This was the absolute hit this Christmas!
