We really enjoy this smoke salmon and use it for everything from topping bagels and salads to making dips and spreads. Would prefer if it came in a single pack like it did in the past as the second package goes bad before we can use it.

Good quality (flavor and texture) salmon. its just drenched in oil which makes it feels a bit heavier after, this is unusual compared with the Norwegian salmon slices .

Rang up as 2 separate items at checkout. I was pulled out of line and embarrassed as others looked at the old man thief.

Very nice taste with crackers or toast. Reasonably priced and very good quality. Very fresh tasting too. We love our salmon in our family.

This smoked salmon is normally excellent, but in the last purchase 1 package was great and in the other the salmon was not cleanly sliced and separated. It was stringy and wouldn't hold together, as if it weren't properly or fully smoked

A revised offering of a long-time 1 lb offering. A noticeably strange taste with color dye seepage after opening. Of course there was increased unit cost per oz.

The stuff's expensive, but the taste and consistency are outstanding. I also like how it's so perfectly, thinly, and consistently sliced. I freeze individual portions with my Food Saver, so they last forever.

The last 2 packages of the cold smoked salmon were both on the dry side and not as juicy as purchases 6, or more, months ago. It seems to coincide with the change to getting the 2 packages side by side. New supplier?

Very good, moist and tasty smoked salmon, I would say much better than the one it is replacing. Very good indeed, certainly worthy of recommendation. I have been eating it on a sourdough bread slices just about every day for a lunch. Lettuce, tomato and some cream cheese adds a additional touch but it is not necessary, Eating this salmon all by itself suffices. Grab a pack and enjoy.
