Good quality (flavor and texture) salmon. its just drenched in oil which makes it feels a bit heavier after, this is unusual compared with the Norwegian salmon slices .

The last 2 packages of the cold smoked salmon were both on the dry side and not as juicy as purchases 6, or more, months ago. It seems to coincide with the change to getting the 2 packages side by side. New supplier?

Have been purchasing this item for very long time. Obvious that supplier has changed. Fish is so oily that it was dripping all over and consistency and flavor has changed. Please fix it! Old supplier was top notch!

I cut mine into one and a half to 2 inch pieces and lightly brushed each piece with soy sauce that had wasabi in it and then I had a separate bowl of hot sushi rice that I would take a piece of the salmon put it on top of the rice and then scoop that and eat it, it was beyond delicious. The texture and the flavor of this salmon was spot on. I am contemplating my next dish that I’m going to make with the salmon fully knowing that I will enjoy every bite.
