Product quality inconsistent since the change in packaging from 16 oz to 12 oz twin pack. In the 16 oz packaging, the smoked flavor was very consistent and dry to the touch. I liked it, and bought two packages a week. In the 12 oz packaging, the salmon sometimes tastes smoked, and sometimes not. When the salmon has little or no smoke flavor, there is a bitter aftertaste.The flesh feels slimy with a sticky coating. After buying two packages a week over the past month, I don't plan to buy any more.

Good quality (flavor and texture) salmon. its just drenched in oil which makes it feels a bit heavier after, this is unusual compared with the Norwegian salmon slices .

They had samples of this salmon and it is delicious. Right out of the package with crackers. Lightly smoked flavor and a great addition to my chacudari board. Great appetizers.

Sometimes they are evenly sliced, more often than not, only some pieces are thin and few are ever cut thin enough. Also size shrinking is another gripe. Just charge a little more. The size was historically a one pound package. Then shrank to 14 oz and now to 12 oz but you have to buy 2. Stop messing with a good product and alienating your customers. Fire all your bean counters and packaging engineers .... they don't increase your sales. and fire all your business consultants too. They don't know the real word. Instead talk to the people who stock your shelves.

This new packaging is the inferior product. The slices come off in shreds. And the smoked salmon is not as good quality.The previous product which I bought regularly had nice slices that you can use. I hope they don’t discontinue the previous product, but I’m afraid they’re going to.

Hosted a brunch for 30+ people unable to attend my son’s destination wedding. It was a European breakfast buffet, with quiches, scrambled eggs, and a charcuterie that included the smoked salmon. My daughter put out half of one package and said it was enough. It wasn’t! The salmon was the most popular buffet item, and we went through both compartments of the packaging.

Great salmon, but we prefer the single pack. The problem is that we can't use two packages at one time. If we freeze the second pack for later use, the quality of the salmon declines by becoming mushy and losing color upon rethawing. Thus, it doesn't really pay for us to buy the two-pack. Otherwise this is the best smoked salmon that our family loves!

I do not like that it comes in a two pack. Bring back the old package.

Finally Sam’s got the version of smoked Atlantic salmon which is the best. Thank you. Get a nice toasted slice of sourdough bread with grass-fed butter on top and put on top a few pieces of smoked salmon and then, finally you will meet your maker.
