The chairs are very nice looking and comfortable.. However, you get what you pay for. The arm rests cannot have any resistance put on them when standing up as they turn and break easily.

I love my chair I have two one for me and one for my wife. That work great and are a little higher than the last one we had so very easy for us older people to get out of

I will tell you, I have not bought this product. I tried it during the August one-day sale in our local Sam's Club and I have to mention why this chair is so great. If you are above 6'0'' tall and you are tired of basically finding no chairs that gives your neck any support, this chair actually raises the head rest up to a point that perfectly supports the necks of people who are tall. Even when you recline the seat, it still supports your neck perfectly! The added features of the cup rests and the USB ports and 3-prong outlets inside of the right armrest is great, but I will DEFINITELY be buying this chair when we can afford it. I will mention that I am not being paid to put this; I'm not being asked to do so to get some sort of discount on the chair. It is seriously a life-changing revelation to me that there are chairs out there great for tall people!

Very firm, supportive chair. I can get into the perfect position for almost no pain. I suffer from a bad buldged/herniated disc L5-S1 with tons of sciatic nerve pain. This chair has a large supportive pillow section that is at the top of my lower back. When reclined to my perfect spot, it takes most the weight off my lower back. Giving me almost no pain. The head rest moves independently so I can get the perfect neck and head support while reclined at which ever angle I need for low back releif.

I bought this about a month ago. At first it seemed fine but then, a week ago, the power just up and stopped working. We unplugged the chair and plugged it in again to see if it helped, to no avail. As a disabled person, I was hoping this chair would add the reclining I needed with the style and fun I wanted. This chair was utterly disappointing and heartbreaking to have fail me so soon.

Looks great in my sons bedroom chairs are so comfortable. Replaced his love seat with 2 chairs so much better.
