Great chair but the armrests are off set a bit but besides that it great

We have had this reclining chair for about three weeks. The power headrest and storage pockets with power and USB fit the bill perfectly. Very comfortable, good deal!

Purchased online with the one day sale. Chair was delivered to our home. After a week or so we noticed the USB connection in storage of armrest was not working. Called customer service, and they ordered a replacement part which we received within only a few days. Great service! Thanks, Sam's Club!

OK - it may not win at the fashion show but other than that this chair is awesome. All automatic - you will find a position that will make you comfortable Lots of space for remotes, laptop, etc. If you have any type of surgery or medical condition this chair is for you. You will need to have it next to an outlet and will need both plugs. For the price vs $2k chairs the only difference is the leather. This chair for me is a huge winner.

Chair comfort is disappointing. The head support is for tall people but short people it pushes head and neck forward with no comfort. When reclining in the chair the seat brings the person hips too far forward and you have to shimmy yourself back once you recline. Lastly, the USB plug is in an awkward spot. It would be better if it was inside or in front of the armrest. It is on the inside of the seat and your leg pushes against it. It's not comfortable.

So far very happy. Like to be able to adjust chair in various ways. Csn stop recline anywhere. Very comfortable and getting better the more I use it. Plugins USB and electric both very handy as well as cupholders on both arms. I got on sale and feels great deal for the money.

I bought 2 chairs and took advantage of the free delivery. Glad I did. These are fairly heavy. Very comfortable, adjustable headrest is a plus, as are the USB ports in the arm rest. Only minor complaint is the location of the controls on the inside of the arm. Would prefer that they were on the outside for easier accessibility.

Nothing great about it, fairly cheap construction. One arm out of the box had 6 loose screws. Comfortable.

My husband will have shoulder surgery soon. This chair will be his bed for after surgery! He is very pleased with it right now and I am happy because it was $100 off. I pray that he will have good and comfortable sleep in it after the surgery :-)

It doesn't recline fully (just in case anyone wanted to know). Mine makes a grating sound when raising or lowering the footrest, other than that it is nice.
