I bought 3 of these chairs for a basement home theater. They are very comfortable, and I really like that the headrest is adjustable too. The back is a separate piece so these are really easy to move down the stairs. One of the armrest closing mechanisms were not working, but I called the number and sent out a replacement right away. Everything else worked perfectly and they were really easy to put together. Just know that each chair does use 2 outlets. One for the chair and one for the outlets in the arm rest.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this chair! I never expected to use the power plugs for anything but I use them all the time.

very satisfied with this chair.it is a great bargin at this price. i have been shopping a long time to find a chair like this.there is one on sale in the sunday papers with not as many features except it can heat the chair and they want 2,000 dollars.even furniture stores regular recliners sell for more than 399 dollars.

When you are reclining and then raise the chair up to sit up, it squeaks like crazy. It's also a little short. Im 5'1” and my feet are right at the edge. My husband is 6'4” and his feet hang way over. We live the charger hook ups and cup holders. They're also pretty comfortable.

This chair when reclined is not very comfortable, and the hands do not rest comfortable either, other than that it is about average, I do love the plug in's in the arm rest and storage

Has nice features but really not that comfortable. Got on the one day sale so IMHO was just barely worth the cost. Quality of construction seems good, just not as comfortable as I would have hoped. Lousy assembly instructions for the wiring connections.

Disappointed that it isn't that comfortable. It is very firm and when you want to relax and watch a movie you look forward to sinking into a comfortable recliner. This recliner was not designed for anyone that is tall or wide for that matter. The chair has a design flaw that can't be corrected as the mechanicals were not correctly configured and the chair is noisy opening and closing. Though the chair was a great buy, I would have continued to look for a better quality recliner.

We bought this for my 85 year old mother so she could easily recline if she wanted to since she is unable to use a regular recliner. Once we got it home and put it together it didn't work. The buttons would not work. The chair had power to it because the headrest went up all the way and stayed there.

We bought it and had it delivered and the chair had no power. So we called sams and after sitting on hold for 45mins. Called an electrician and they came and told us the the wires was placed backward from factory and and after he ran new wires it works fine. But ha FYI spend another $75.00 to get it to work and never got any help from Sams club!
