The product has excellent quality, but it is too soft, as a result it doesn't provide me with the right support! If you are looking for an extra soft pillow without support to the neck, this is the right fit!

It feels nice at first but eventually your head just sinks all the way through it, like you are then laying on nothing at all-not in a good way. Definitely could use more support to it. Just goes totally flat :(
