[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric is soft. However the pillow is to hard for me. My neck hurts when I use it. Contacted about a return but customer service stated no returns. Waste of money.

Very comfortable, I fall asleep quickly. Great on body, feeling more rested. I'm actually going to purchase more of these pillows for my kids. They have to experience these pillows

I now sleep more comfortably. I get a much better night's sleep. No more achy, sore neck in the morning. I used to blame my aches and pains on getting old. Now I realize it was the darn old pillow I was using!

I bought the tempurpedic cloud mattress & ergo power base, but the 2nd day of using this pillow, I can now turn my neck left. Which I haven't been able to do for 15 years or more. Now that's a morning revelation with coffee!
