[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased my first TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow during the holiday "2 for 1" deal. My son had been complaining of neck cramping from previous pillow used. I chose the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow over others after reading up on the reviews and a recommendation from my sis who stated the following: I'd rather pay for an expensive pillow that will last a few years over constant neck pain and having to replace a bad pillow every few months.

I've gotten to the point where I will spend just about any amount of money for a great pillow. Unfortunately, I spent the money on a not so great pillow. Not comfortable in my opinion and I felt that it fell flat when I laid on it. I use it as a second pillow under a pillow I actually like or as a spare. Gave my other one to my daughter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for these pillows to alleviate my neck pain but these pillows squished down really flat during the night and did not hold their shape well. As a back/side/stomach sleeper I would not recommend these pillows.

I bought two Tempur-Cloud pillows as part of a bundle with a purchase of a Tempur-Pedic pillow. I intended it to be an extra pillow used on occasion. Even though I've had many Tempur-Pedic pillows in the past, the one I purchased this time was uncomfortable. I tried the Tempur-Cloud pillow as a substitute. It is now my regular sleeping pillow. I like that the Tempur-Cloud firmness is softer - still supportive, but squishier than the too-firm Tempur-Pedic. In a perfect world, I'd love a pillow made of the same materials as a Tempur-Cloud (with the squishy soft texture) but in the curved profile like a Tempur-Pedic pillow. That would be awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side and back sleeper and have always struggled to find a pillow that works well in both positions. This pillow is it. It is just the right height and balance of firm and soft. I honestly never thought that a good pillow would make that much difference in my sleep, but it really does!

This pillow is true to it's name, so unbelievably comfortable. I was worried about my neck not being quite at the right sleeping angle which happens often with regular pillows. But one night on this pillow and I became a convinced skeptic. I now want one for every bed in the house. Would make a wonderful gift, too!

This pillow is super soft and comfy, but it can get hot sometimes and I'll wake up with sweat on my neck. This is a rare occasion. Highly recommend if your A/C is set low. I usually toss and turn for quite some time and like to fold the pillow. This pillow has yet to lose any firmness after 4-5 months of use.

The Tempur - Cloud Pillow is the best pillow I have ever rested my head on! I purchased 2! I'm sleeping better than I have in years! The quality is outstanding! The feel is So soft and comfortable! Thank You Tempurpedic! I Cant say enough great things about this Company!

This cloud pillow has taken care of that by being the perfect height, and the right amount of softness. No more neck pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having neck pains, waking up through out the night repositioning my pillows to get comfortable and in the end they went flat and I threw them away. And this past holiday I purchased the cloud (3 actually) and long story short my neck pains are gone, I've been sleeping the entire night and waking up feeling more rested than the past couple of years. Definitely worth trying
