[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I really tried to like these pillows as they're very well made. However, they have a solid, hard feel and we found them very uncomfortable. We are now using different pillows and are loving them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I'n the beginning it wasn't all that great it felt not as soft and comfortable as I thought it was gonna be but after using it everyday it started to get more soft and comfortable it just takes a while for it to really feel comfortable well at least for me Now for the heat part the pillow is a hot pillow it would of been nice if it was a cooling pillow but it's not so if you don't sleep with a fan hitting you or your room is to hot I don't recommend unless you don't mind and get use to it like me

I own 4 of these pillows.. well correction I owned 4.. I bought the bogo pack, they were the best pillow ever. So good, my 9 year old son took one. So I decided to order another set. That's when my girlfriend tried one and fell in love with it. So needless to say I currently own 2. They're great pillows, great quality. 10/10 would recommend.

I purchased this pillow for my husband who sleeps on his back and uses a CPAP machine. From the very first night he has enjoyed better sleep. When traveling last week he took it along and continued to sleep well. We are both very satisfied with this pillow!

He has only good things to say. I myself have purchased the side and back pillow . It took me a good week and a half to get use to it!, but now I will say I am sleeping better so much better and with a bunch of self message rubbing out the knot I feel much relief. I actually don't show up for this purchase because I got mine with the buy one get one and my friend made the purchase. So we 3 are all very satisfied!!!!

I sleep on my stomach, side and back and was getting a sore neck as my pillow wasn't providing enough support but was worried about getting a pillow that was too firm. I did a lot of research and this pillow sounded like it provided the right level of support and comfort (softness). I really like the pillow and it had definitely helped with my neck pain. It's great for back and stomach sleeping, however I agree with other reviewers that for a predominantly side sleeper something a bit higher would be better. I am happy with it as it would be difficult to find a pillow that could cater for all sleeping positions.

This is a fantastic pillow. It's firm but not so much where it's hard. It's also not so thick to where I can lay on my side and my neck is still aligned pretty straight. My 3yr old daughter loves it too and tries her best to "steal" it from me. So we share :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the cloud a few weeks ago to help my neck and shoulder pain. The quality is superb, but not as flat or soft as I presently require. I am undergoing physical therapy at present and I am looking forward to experiencing the benefits of this pillow. I'm not giving up / I'm simply delaying until my therapy sessions are complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my purchase of the Cloud Pillows. I sleep on them and they are comfortable and the quality is good. I been sleeping on them for a few weeks now and they are worth every penny.

The pillow is not good for side sleepers. It does help with my neck and back issues, but it is so hard that my ear developed sores. I wake up more often at night with my ear hurting and it has been a couple of months since using the pillow. Wish I could return it.
