Since I started using it I have been waking up less frequently over the night and overall having a better sleep. It is a very comfortable pillow regardless of the position I am sleeping at. I love the softness and the pillow's ability to adjust to my body after moving around.

At first I was not all that impressed with this pillow. Seemed kind of "meh". Then I decided to give it a try. I have never had a pillow that was so accommodating. It's like it's not there. I mean, you don't notice it at all; you just sleep well on it. I use a CPAP machine and pillows sometimes get in the way. Not this one. You can't judge it awake. You have to give it a night-then you'll understand. It's like magic.

The only thing I can say that needs improvement would be the thickness of the pillow. It would be nice if the pillow is thicker. I bought two and have to use both for support when I am laying on the pillow watching tv.

I purchased two of the tempur-pedic cloud pillows and am delighted to say I'm not disappointed. I sleep comfortable again and my neck never hurts when I get up. I have cervical spondylosis and TMJ which creates a lot of pain n my neck and upper back. It is VERY hard for me to get comfortable to go to sleep. I have been thru about 10 pillows in the last few years. I read so many reviews and decided to get this one and the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable since they had a deal going. This TEMPER-Cloud is by far the more comfortable pillow. It's super low loft so my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. I'm so sensitive that sometimes it feels too low (my body is annoying) so I just put a towel or blanket underneath til my body tells me we can relax. It stays cool and it has helped me have heachache-less days so I like it so far. I've been using it about 2 months. I gave 4 stars only because there are no returns, so I'm stuck with the other pillow that I don't use because I feel like the stuffing moves and it's lumpy and annoying to me.

thought I was getting the same pillows that I had purchased from another store locally. got these to replace mine and my wife's pillows as I loved the one I had gotten for myself before these new ones were purchased, but these are a lesser quality then my 1st pillow and my wife has to use both of the new pillows just to be comfortable' so it kind of defeated the idea I had in mind. apparently my local store carries the better version but after spending the money for the replacements I'll just have to use my old pillow instead.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm am a side and back sleeper and these pillows have just the perfect combination of softness and firmness to make either sleeping position very comfortable. I'm not sure if that would be the case for a side sleeper who had really wide shoulders - but they are just right for my 5'3" frame. With my old pillows I always felt the pressure of my head on the pillow - these pillows make my head feel like it is "floating", without any particular pressure points. I love the removable covers - they are thick, well made, and machine washable. Would definitely buy these again. If I could improve anything, I would make them just a little bit longer so they fit across my queen bed without leaving as much "open" space. Not many pillows (or pillow cases) come in queen size anymore - even though most people I know have at least 1 queen bed in their home (I have 3).
