However, I have neck and back pain and after using it for a week, I noticed I was waking up with headaches and more neck pain so I stopped using it. I purchased two pillows so my husband could have one too, but he abandoned it as well after a couple of nights. I thought it would do the trick for me since it was recommended for people who sleep on their back, so I was disappointed. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best pillow I've ever owned. I'm mostly a stomach sleeper and it's the right amount of comfort for my head and neck. I've had it almost two years and it's still in perfect condition. Now, all the pillows in my home are Cloud Pillows.

I've tried many pillows over the years. What got to buy this even with some of the negative reviews is my experience with the Temper-Pedic mattress topper I bought. That made a world of difference. Back to the pillow. It could probably use another inch of thickness. As some reviewers noted it flattens out under your head, but unless you're sleeping on a board or concrete slab it's not a problem. The only issue I have is I have to keep my head on the edge of the pillow if I sleep on my side. When my head sinks into it, it puts pressure on my eye. Other than that I love it. Between it and the pillow topper I sleep much more comfortably. I've also been able to sleep on my back more regularly and less on my stomach and sides. I got the two for one deal and it is well worth the money. My better half uses the other one and she snores less now. Yay!!!

As with most pillows for me (being 5'6" tall), it's another "too high" pillow, which hurts my neck when either sleeping on side or back. Also, I cannot understand why this pillow has a "crunchy" sound to it, which is similar to the light crumbing of newspaper, when you push in or rest your head on it. And don't get me started on the Body Pillow, it is hard as a rock. Neither my leg nor my arm will even remotely sink into it (at 75 degrees Fahrenheit).

My husband and I have very different likes when it comes to pillows. He likes a higher more supportive pillow and I have to have a flatter softer pillow but still need neck support. I have painful neck issues that cause me to wake with headaches and stiffness. I love this pillow, no more pain and stiffness. I sleep through the night now and wake rested. Amazing!!! What's even more amazing is my husband loves it too. I can't believe a pillow could make that much difference and to two people with very different needs. Well worth the money, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I had bought the most expensive pillows from temperpedic before and honestly the standard less expensive pillows are better in my opinion. Not too tall or too low. The neck pain went away since using them and it doesn't get hot. I recommend.

I've only used regular goose down pillows all my life and thought they were the best. I came across an add online for a special on these Tempur-Cloud pillows, my wife has been complaining lately that her neck hurts from our pillows, I gave them a try and they are wonderful. No more neck pain for her and extremely comfortable for me. I highly recommend these pillows.

Having a bad neck due to a head injury around 17 years ago this pillow had made a real difference. It gives my neck the support it needs. Totally comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I have had 2 Symphony pillows. The first was the very best, nice & firm, cool, lasted years (until my dog chewed it). My second Symphony pillow around 2017 featured a new cover but it felt cheaper, softer than the original. This time I got the great 2/$99 price on the Cloud pillows which are fine, but too soft, hotter than I prefer, I find myself turn it to the "cool" side often. At this time, I am sleeping on what's left of the original Symphony pillow, as this was the absolute best one I've had the pleasure to own. I love the Tempur-Pedic brand, but it seems to have "softened" over the years which makes me sad! Bring back the ORIGINAL Symphony for us side sleepers!! Although it is not MY preferred type, the Cloud is a decent buy especially at the bundled price!

I am in love with this pillow and alternate between this one and the down one. I also love using this pillow between my legs because it shapes to your body to give you the maximum comfort.
