I was very skeptical about buying this pillow, thought it would be to hard. Much to my surprise my head just softly sinks into it with ease to a comfort way. I do Flip it over each day and sometimes feel that one side seems more form fitting than the other but very little if any. It's a fabulous pillow !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this pillow and how soft it is. I tend to be a side and stomach sleeper, which this pillow is probably better fit for a side and back sleeper, however it still works for me even when sleeping on my stomach.

My cat used to sleep on his cat condo, but now I can't make him leave this pillow at night. If you have a cat and don't want to wake up to the little fluffy monster on the pillow next to you, with their tail gently smacking you in the face, then I would not recommend this pillow. If you are leading a life blissfully free of a feline companion then I could not recommend this pillow enough. I have less neck pain in the morning but a lot more cat hair to clean off the pillowcase, so I can't say for certain if my life has improved. I primarily sleep on my side and find this pillow comfortable both for side and back sleeping. The cat sleeps on his stomach and says the pillow is purrfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this has been the best pillow I've owned. 10/10 would buy again. Perfect amount of cushion to it. Doesn't get hot. I don't wake up and have to adjust the pillow. Haven't found anything that I don't love about it, yet.

Initially, we purchased one for our son for his birthday and I kept stealing it (mom) so, next, they got one for me for my bday. Then, I felt sorry for dad and so we got him one for Christmas. Our dog is always sneaking to put his head on it as well, so I got the deal to buy two and wrapped one of them up for her too.

First time purchasing this model. I always sleep on the sympathy pillow but after a broken shoulder blade accident making sleeping with out pain iI struggled to find a way to relieve the pain. When ordering a replacement symphony pillow I elected to try out the tempur-cloud pillow To support my arm and shoulder sleeping on my side. I am happy to report it has been a perfect decision. The symphony supports my neck and in tandem the cloud supports my arm and shoulder blade. No more pain and now enjoying going to bed. Tempur-cloud is a perfect name.

This pillow is okay for back sleeping, but when I sleep on my side it sinks all the way down and my neck hurts when I wake up in the morning. I usually have to put at least another pillow under it for adequate support. It's fine for now but I would not buy it again because of the price to performance ratio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sorry to say this pillow provides no support for the neck at all. I bought both the tempur-neck pillow and this tempur-cloud pillow. Because the quality of the neck pillow has change d and it is now too hard to sleep on and it hurt my neck, that was why I wanted to try this cloud one. However, it has no support at all for my neck and I had to stop using it too because I experienced headaches after sleeping on it. I wish the company could offer customers refund like it did in the past, but I ended up hide it in my storage room because I tried to give it away to my friends and no one likes it.

I have moderate neck and back pain post surgery... several years back. I was really hoping to love this pillow due to the promising comfort and accommodating/conforming of individual body shapes, but it did not satisfy me as anticipated. The pillow is cool temp and does feel soft to sleep on, but is it comfortable? Not really. That's what I'm all about... comfort. It actually feels better to sleep on my Ralph Lauren pillow :(

These pillows are the BEST I have every slept on in my entire life. They are perfectly soft yet supportive. I love how my head just melts into the pillow. Long gone are the days of stiff neck and tight shoulders. These are perfect. You can bend and fold them, yet they pop back out to that perfect shape.
