I ordered the cloud pillows to have a more traditional shaped pillow than our neck pillows. They work great, and my neck hasn't suffered at all! Very nice pillows at a great price.

I google and searched for good pillows and I read the reviews, they were all great reviews and pushed into purchasing a set. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows are so comfortable. They feel like you are laying on a cloud. I sometimes forget I'm even laying on a pillow because of the comfort. My head sinks in and it's heaven. Ever since I invested in these pillows I have been able to rest better.

My son told us about these- we were hooked- we gave them to our other son- he loved them and bought more- and now our third son is also sold on the Tempur- Cloud pillow. Our whole family thanks you for a better night's sleep!

I had even talked to a "consultant " (even though he wasn't much help) and told him what I was looking for. He told me what to order. Maybe your consultants need additional training

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharing my personal experience. It's a good quality pillow but quite high for my neck. Sometimes I wake up with strained neck in the morning mainly because it is not aligned with my backbone. I can feel that my head is kinda hanging in the air when I rest on my back. Other way of explaining it is that my shoulders & almost a quarter of the back do not touch the mattress when I'm on my back. That should not be the case. It works fine when I'm laying on my side though. I think if Tempurpedic makes some low height pillows, it'll be very useful for many customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these pillows that I thought were supposed to be really high-end and comfortable and they are awful. Do not waste your money!!! I wish I can get my money back. I just literally toss them on the floor and don't even use them.

Pillow is great but gets flat very quickly. I find myself flipping the pillow over several times just to get the right sleep. Worth it if you can get a good deal on it. Try looking into a different pillow if you like there to be stability. I would consider this a pancake pillow. Have recently switched back to my old pillow with more stability.
