First time purchasing this model. I always sleep on the sympathy pillow but after a broken shoulder blade accident making sleeping with out pain iI struggled to find a way to relieve the pain. When ordering a replacement symphony pillow I elected to try out the tempur-cloud pillow To support my arm and shoulder sleeping on my side. I am happy to report it has been a perfect decision. The symphony supports my neck and in tandem the cloud supports my arm and shoulder blade. No more pain and now enjoying going to bed. Tempur-cloud is a perfect name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-Pedic recommends use for back sleepers, which I am. I found this much too flimsy and flat. Developed neck pain the entire week and had to throw out. Contacted customer service who refused to help in any way. Very bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recognize that these are high quality and are probably very comfortable for most people. I find that they are a little too firm for my liking and wish I'd purchased the pillows that let you determine the fill.

I was skeptical about how good this pillow is but it is SO good! I did have to get used to it which took about two nights but after that, sleeping now is another experience and it just feels so good to lay on it after a long day. My cat also enjoys it!

It felt too low and too dense when I first started using it, but I find myself looking for the pillow when I wake up in the middle of the night and have shifted to my other pillow. It's really molds to my head and even with my arm under it on my side, it's is still comfortable.

I'm not someone who wads my pillow up, so I don't know if it would work well for those types of sleepers (seems like not), and if you like a high pillow, this one is more medium height.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is comfy and dense when you first lay down but then your head totally sinks in and there is no support and you may as well lay on the mattress. The pillow is also so small. Looks bad on my bed because all pillow cases are way bigger than the pillow.

They are a little smaller and more compact but from the first night I began sleeping much better and more soundly, not turning over and over all through the night. So comfortable, love them
