I'm a side/back sleeper. I found that when used on my side-it was a bit dense on my ear. A bit uncomfortable. When sleeping on my back it was a lot more comfortable. Granted, intended for primarily back sleepers. It stays pretty cool, can flip when it's getting warm. It's definitely a heavier pillow. I did the BOGO and gave one away, they've enjoyed it quite a bit. Quality is much better than a box store pillow, but I have another from Purple that I enjoy more. Would recommend for back sleepers to try, YMMV.

I have dealt with neck pain for years. I've tried many things, physical therapy, stretching exercises, standing desk, various pillows, you name it. Nothing seemed to work long term until I added the tempur-cloud pillow into the mix. I still need to keep up with my exercises, but I now wake up refreshed, pretty much pain free and life is good.

I have problems with my neck, see a pain specialist etc.., and the TEMPUR-Cloud has actually helped. To think I almost didn't buy it. The only "bad" thing I can say is that it only comes in one size, and it's a standard pillow. My husband uses a king size pillow and now his pillow keeps creeping in on my space, which I don't love. Guess the honeymoon is over.... :)

My only gripe is that it can get a little warm after about 10 minutes. Not hot, just a little warm. I wish this pillow cooled like the dual cooling pillow because that would be the ultimate pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not an awful pillow by any means but my neck continued to hurt after a few weeks of using the pillow. I went back to using my old pillow and neck pain improved. On the other hand, my wife seems to enjoy her pillow (at least no complaints).

The Tempur - Cloud Pillow is the best pillow I have ever rested my head on! I purchased 2! I'm sleeping better than I have in years! The quality is outstanding! The feel is So soft and comfortable! Thank You Tempurpedic! I Cant say enough great things about this Company!

He has only good things to say. I myself have purchased the side and back pillow . It took me a good week and a half to get use to it!, but now I will say I am sleeping better so much better and with a bunch of self message rubbing out the knot I feel much relief. I actually don't show up for this purchase because I got mine with the buy one get one and my friend made the purchase. So we 3 are all very satisfied!!!!
