I finally decided to get a Tempur-Cloud pillow and wish I would had done this a long time ago. I will never go back to regular pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two for me and my partner. We are side and back sleepers . I had high hopes of replacing my older pillow. This newer version is simply too firm and too thick that laying on it extends my head so far forward without much give that it's uncomfortable. We tried sleeping on it for two weeks (even unzipping the cover/removing the cover to allow more give, before giving up as our heads and neck were just aching all over. Now we have two expensive pillows that we won't use. We were so disappointed for the price.

Terrible. I'm only being straight forward because I contacted support already and they said they cannot do anything to assist me and that pillows have a zero refund policy. Have only purchased your pillows since about 2015 and have your bed. Will be looking into other options in the future.

I've spent money on so many other pillows only to discover there isn't even support, there two hard or only work well in one position. This pillow changed all of that, it's been worth the money. It's the perfect balance of support and softness. Also a this is a big deal, it's the right thickness that slows my spine and neck to stay aligned and comfortable. A quality nights sleep is valuable for health, happiness and quality of life,

I bought this pillow after having tried a similar one at a mattress store. This one did not have the cooling feature but it was part of the BOGO deal, so I decided to give it a try. I generally fall asleep on my back and will wake up in different positions. I slept on this pillow the first night and felt like my head would sink all the way down where I could feel the mattress on the back of my head. I slept on it without a pillow case and it made my head feel pretty hot, which was a pretty bad feeling I hadn't experienced in the past. I decided to sleep on it several nights to give it a chance but after 3 nights of sleeping uncomfortable on it, I decided to give up. I did use a soft pillow case, which seem to help a bit with the temperature. It is a soft pillow and the memory foam does feel nice. I just wish it wouldn't sink all the way down. I did get a different pillow for my wife on the BOGO so that we could each try both pillows, but unfortunately it didn't work out either. I knew I wouldn't be able to return them but hoped at least one of them would work. My wife didn't like either one as well, so now we have some pretty expensive shams. We will use them for our guest bedroom and gladly gift it to the first guest that compliments them.

Having a bad neck due to a head injury around 17 years ago this pillow had made a real difference. It gives my neck the support it needs. Totally comfortable. I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm guessing the mattress is worth it but if you're a side sleeper and don't mind your face circulation being cut off on the side your face is on the pillow then this is for you (sarcasm). Also, it really sucks because you cannot even return the pillows which I didn't know assuming there was a 30 day return policy at the least.
