It is more expensive than most toppers but worth every penny. I have bought other toppers and believe me, they don't hold a candle to this one. It supports all of my body evenly and I no longer wake with hip or leg pain. I am 59 so this was an issue before. I wake feeling great now.

Also I've had my tempurpedic mattress for probably around 15 years and it is still like brand new! It hasn't lost its shape one bit! I sleep so good on it that I convinced several family members to purchase one also!

I spent some time saving up and excited about these pillows, and i've tried to like it and i gave it a couple nights but they are tooooo soft like it almost feels like i wasted my hard earned saved money. i woke up with shoulder pain days in a row. I tried to email to see if there was anything at all we can do and they said no. so im never purchasing from them again, but trust it when it says soft cause it is extremely. you would just expect alittle better quality from tempurpedic but its fine and for those who prefer really soft- this is for you.

I have always had neck pain in the morning and could never find a pillow to help support my neck even when their description says it does. This pillow supports my neck and does not go flat. I do not have any more neck pain in the morning. Definitely the BEST pillow I have ever had!

Bought this pillow after trying over 10+ different brands and have not looked back since. It conforms to your neck while alleviating pain and discomfort. I got the starting pillow but it stays cool and always goes back to being fluffy and not staying flat. Not much negative I can say about the pillows since they are the best I've owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knocks on most memory foam-based sleep products are that you sink in too deeply, and that they disturb sleep by heating up. Based on my experience so far with this pillow, Tempur-Pedic keeps its promise of resolving both of these issues. I find that the pillow gives very good support, and my head's "depth" in the pillow is, as far as I can tell, the same when I wake up as it was when I fell asleep. As for temperature, it is exactly what it promises to be - temperature neutral. In other words, it neither feels strongly cool (which I don't need, since my body runs cool generally) nor heats up uncomfortably through the night. It is simply pleasant and natural-feeling. Now, if you really want a strongly cooling pillow, you'd probably be happier with one of the Breeze Tempur-Pedic pillows, but if what you're after is durability and through-the-night support in a pillow that is stimuli-neutral with respect to temperature, you'll be quite happy with the Tempur-Cloud, as I am. As one last note, I do supplement my Tempur-Cloud pillow with a very thin older pillow underneath it, but I have an unusually long neck. One option would be to get an extra-thick pillow, but I prefer to get standard thickness pillows and customize the height to my needs. In any case, if your neck is in the normal length range, you will likely find the thickness of the standard Tempur-Cloud to be ideal.

I have been searching for 8 years for a pillow that supports my neck but isn't too soft or firm. I was looking at mattresses when the sales person gave me this pillow to try while lying on the mattress and it's like sleeping on a magical cloud ever since! I highly recommend! I plan on buying 2 more to store away for the future!

We had tried many, many pillows prior to getting this one. After the first night, she said that her neck didn't hurt and she didn't wake up with a headache. As we replace pillows for other family members, we will be buying more!

I can have these in pillowcases on top of my bed without it looking lumpy or messy. They offer an aesthetically appealing appearance with all of the benefits of other ergonomic pillows. I have had significantly less headaches and neck pain since purchasing these pillows.

I bought a couple of these pillows for my husband and I. It worked great for me but I am only 5' 3 and weigh 150lbs. He's taller and bigger so the pillow just sank in too much, not providing enough support for him. For someone taller than or larger than me, I wouldn't recommend it. It wouldn't be supportive enough.
