This pillow wasn't as contouring to my neckline as I was hoping it would be. While it is somehow both a soft and dense memory-foam type material, I didn't find it to be comfortable at all. I gave this pillow a try for about a week, and every morning I woke up with pain in my neck.

There was a BOGO deal on tempurpedic pillows so I went for it! I have not had neck pain or headaches since! It did take some adjusting to get used to the memory foam material/firmness but I am so thankful I took the plunge! Highly recommend.

My boyfriend actually had some tempurpedic pillows on his bed and they were pretty comfy. So I decided to get a couple for myself. Immediately felt the difference. Better support for my head /neck. Better overall sleep. If my boyfriend doesn't stick around at least I'll have the pillows. ;) But seriously, great quality. Very pleased with my purchase.

Not enough support for side sleepers . The other thing is that you don't sell original pillows cover . I lost mine in a laundry room and after contact with your customer service I was informed that I can not purchase a new pillow case only. It's comes with a pillow purchase only. It's a bummer.

One day I was at my friend's home and as we were having girl talk I laid my head on her pillow (so I suppose I should call it "pillow talk" hehe). I was confused as to how my neck and head ever so slightly sunk into the pillow. I felt as though my head was literally laying on a cloud. It was then when she told me it was a the Temper-Cloud Pillow (could not have a more fitting name). It was soft but had a slight firmness that allowed my neck to stay in it's natural form. It's amazing because it maintains it's structure and weight and molds to the curve of your neck. My sleep has forever changed. I highly recommend this pillow!

This is my fourth or fifth tempurpic pillow, and atleast second cloud. It has been SUCH a disappointment. It is WAY too soft. I've been sleeping on it since Christmas and it is only getting worse. I wake up with neck pain and headaches almost every day now. I am shopping for a better pillow now.

I've always heard that these pillows are great. Even after working with them I was skeptical (I always just thought it's just another competition) after purchasing my new mattress (not tempurpedic) five years ago, I also got some new pillows. The mattress was good for the first week, then the aching back and neck came to play. After living with it for 5 years, I finally got my hands on two of these pillows. I was skeptical, the first night my head sank into the pillow as of it wasn't there. I thought "that can't be good!" But woke up the next morning, no sore neck, and little less back pain. A week later, I got two more pillows and a mattress topper (not Tempur-Pedic, sorry guys) but let me say this, the combination of the four new pillows and topper has turned my painful nights, into restful mornings. Warning: let your products air out for at least a day when you get them. There is a slight odor. But other than that, best thing ever. Thanks Tempur-Pedic!
