bought a BOGO offer. One of the pillows is a normal tempurpedic pillow, as everyone understands. The second pillow is not up to par. I tried their worthless customer service and forwarded it right away to the warranty department, who will nearly always give you an excuse saying they are unable to provide a warranty. There is no explanation included. My only option after a month of back and forth was to file a dispute with the credit card company. Skip the BOGO purchase.

We have always bought mediocre pillows. I started having neck pain and knew it was time for new pillows. I wasn't even sure where to begin! I looked at these pillows and they are considered a transition pillow, soft yet supportive. We absolutely LOVE them!!!! My quality of sleep has increased significantly!! Get you some!!!!

I bought two pillows and just received them. One of them is the neck pillow. IT IS FIRM LIKE A ROCK. I called to ask for an exchange or replacement or return and they refuse to do so despite the fact it its in the same bag and unopened and unused. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It should be illegal. They are literally stealing from clients. Im never buying any of their products.

A good night sleep is what I'm getting with my new Tempur-Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid Mattress. It feels amazing to wake up rested. I used to wake up throughout the night because of nagging neck pain. I went through many different mattresses trying to fix the problem on my own because I refused to spend over a certain amount of money on a mattress. This mattress is worth every penny. I sleep better and I'm in a much better mood. Thank you!

No matter what pillow I end up with I still wake up neck pain and often times migraines. I have had this pillow for a month and it has changed my life! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I laid on this pillow in the store, it seemed very soft. After I purchased and slept on it, it did not feel as soft. I'm used to sleeping on more than one "goose down" pillow so sleeping on one pillow with a memory foam type feel is much different than what I'm used to. That is why I gave a 4 star review. I like the pillow but I don't love it.

I could not think about have anything different than a Tempur pillow and matress. We love this product so much that we have ordered TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow as gifts for family members that have trouble sleeping.
