First nights sleep after getting my pillows was the best sleep I've had in years! Usually I go to sleep 1-2 hours early because I wake up so often and still don't enough sleep but with this pillow I had a problem with that because now that I fully slept through all of it I'm fully awake 2 hours earlier than usual for work

Wasn't sure about spending so much on something as simple as pillows, but now I wonder what took me so long. They've significantly helped improve my overall sleep quality, which has made them a great value overall. I would definitely buy these Tempur-Cloud pillows again

MY WIFE AND I ORDERED 2 CLOUD PILLOWS WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED. THEY WERE SHOWN AS MEDIUM SOFT. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PILLOWS WERE FIRM AND NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WHEN WE CALLED TO RETURN THEM FOR A SOFTER PILLOW, WE WERE TOLD THAT PILLOWS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM FROM TEMPURPEDIC DIRECTLY. WE DIDN'T USE THEM AT ALL. WE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THEM. SHAME ON TEMPURPEDIC FOR NOT OFFERING AN EXCHANGE POLICY.

I bought 2 and couldn't be happier. It's memory foam but not "hard" feeling. I'm 5'2 and 120lbs so memory foam can be too firm for me. Not these ones! I don't see myself ever having to purchase another pillow!

I spent a night at a very nice hotel and could not get comfortable on their pillows. The Temper-Cloud pillow provides the perfect amount of support and comfort that I need to fall asleep quickly, and stay asleep. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Tempurpedic products and this is no exception. Really comfortable pillow with just the right amount of support. A lot of memory foam pillows are too form for me but this pillow is supportive while remaining soft and cushy.
