[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more of a side sleeper, and the one thing I love the most about this pillow is that it's comfortable enough for all sleeping postions (side, back, and stomach - I've tried and slept comfortably through the night) I totally recommend this pillow to anyone who loves sleep as much as I do!

Purchased 2 of these pillows - upon unboxing, I could immediately tell we have been duped. They are nothing like their pillows used to be. Small, thin, and offered literally no neck support. Wish I could return but tempur-pedic is apparently the only company on earth that offers no returns. I'm guessing because they know how trash their pillows are and if they allowed it, everyone would return. STAY AWAY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband likes a firmer bed than me. I like firm but not too firm but we decided on the flex anyhow. After a few weeks I found it just too firm for me and was experiencing some low back pain but my husband was sleeping like a champ. We decided to purchase the Tempur Pedic mattress topper and this has made a huge difference for me. I now have the firmness and support I need and my husband says his sleep is even better and he thought it was already wonderful before the topper. We are very happy with our Tempur Pedic and look forward to more good nights.

I have tried many different pillows over the years (including My Pillow which are very uncomfortable). From the first night of using them, my persistent neck pain upon waking seems to be gone! I plan to purchase more pillows as holiday gifts for friends and family. These are a remarkable product!

The softness and the way it forms to my head is wonderful and the support it provides is awesome as I am no longer cutting off the circulation to my hand since I wrap my arms under my pillow when I sleep. Wish I would have upgraded long ago!

We did not have to "break them in" or get used to them as we usually do with new pillows. Both my husband and I agree these pillows are the best we have ever owned. They are worth the price!

Only downside is if I'm too close to the edge of the pillow because of how soft it is the pillow collapses and causes whatever part of my head that is on the edge of it to touch the mattres or slide off the pillow.
