I tried several different pillows and was scheduled to receive steroid injections at the Pain Clinic. Due to COVID-19 that appointment was canceled. Made a future appointment. However, after a month or so with the Tempur-Cloud Pillow I am 99% cured! Canceled my appointment at the Pain Clinic. I sleep so much better with the Cloud! Thank you Tempur-pedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Tempur-pedic pillows for years starting with my first Tempur-pedic mattress. I purchased four Tempur-Cloud pillows as gifts last Christmas and a pair for me. They were such a big hit that families members that recieved the pillow ordered more for themselves. I had used the neck pillows prior to purchasing the Tempur-Cloud. This one beats them all and I have found works great for every position and the "cool side" is always up!! I am going to order another pair soon for other beds in the house!

I bought a cloud 5 or 6 years ago and it was amazing. Bought a new one to replace my old one and this newest version is awful. My neck hurts so bad from using it. Grrrrr.....I hate when companies change a good product. No wonder they were buy one get one free.

We ordered the cloud pillow and tempur mattress topper so that he'd have a better night's sleep. He's had no sleepless nights since, and it's been about a month now. Amazing. The pillow sometimes forces his head a little higher than he'd like. He will sometimes drop the pillow in place of something that is more wedge shaped. Overall, the pillow has a nice balance of firm and soft. And it just absorbs you. Really nice.

I ordered this pillow because it claimed it was best for back sleepers which I am. After one night of use, It provided zero support and my head sunk all the way down, hurting my neck the next morning. I called customer service to ask for and exchange for a firmer pillow and they said they do not return or exchange pillows. But they will for mattresses? Makes sense. Terrible policy and terrible pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good pillow changes the way you sleep. I found that out when I bought my first Tempur-Pedic pillow more than 10 years ago. The TEMPUR-Cloud is the third pillow in that time that I have purchased and it is really good. It is extremely soft and malleable for all you pillow smooshers out there. Unfortunately, it is not firm enough to give neck support on its own. Pay the extra for a memory foam or do the bogo deal for two and you should be in good shape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is very comfortable and soft. I've run through many pillows looking for the right firmness. This pillow is a little closer to what I need as a side sleeper but I thought it would be a little more firm. I thought by now it would be flatter but it's still able to retain its original shape and feel as the day I got it.

Since I started using this Tempur-pedic pillow, it's the one and only for me. It molds perfectly to my neck with any position I sleep in and I've had much less pain. I love that it fully expands to its original shape pretty quickly and I find it to be extremely comfortable.
