This pillow is so, so soft and simply melts under your head, and thankfully, has maintained its shape. Truthfully, I didn't read the measurements carefully and was shocked/upset at how thin they were. For weeks I woke up with headaches because my head was lower than I was accustomed to so I tried to stack two at once but that just craned my neck. Now, I've adjusted my posture and got used to it but if you're looking to buy, be mindful the pillow itself is thin and very, very soft--your head will literally sink into it.

They have been soft with no support or supporting but not at all comfortable. Finally I've found the perfect combination of comfort and support. Even better, I've now had this pillow for months and it has only gotten better, unlike most pillows that degrade quickly. One night of sleep on this pillow was life changing and eye opening. What a difference! The previous pillows are now supposed to be used as cat beds, but, guess which pillows they, too, prefer using? You got it! The Cloud pillow! They give it 5 stars as well!

I find it a little difficult to lay on it for long periods as the memory foam gets dense and more compact from laying on it. But overall is much better than other memory foam pillows I've tried before.

This is one of the few which doesn't aggravate me headaches. If it was slightly thicker, it'd be perfect for me. However, I liked it enough that I replaced all of the bedroom pillows with this one.
