The pillow stays cool, however it doesn't conform fully as I expected it to. After awhile it starts to give where my head rests and lacks the full support I usually enjoy. Would I buy this as a gift? Sure! But I wouldn't buy this again for personal use.

The cloud pillow keeps my neck in line while sleeping on both my back and sides. It maintains its shape without feeling too firm. Very happy with this purchase - I bring it on every vacation!

What a noticeable improvement in my sleep with this pillow! I sleep in one position deeply for hours and wake up without my usual fatigue. And no plumping or punching the pillow required, it's just the same every night. I'd like it to be about 1" higher, but that seems easily fixed with a folded towel underneath. It did have a very strong unpleasant smell when I first unpacked it, and I let it air out for a week, and now the smell is undetectable. It's definitely the best pillow I've ever owned, and with a 5-year warranty I expect it will be one of the most cost-effective.

I'm a side sleeper my husband is a back sleeper and it works perfect for both of us. I also use it for my at home office chair and it has solved many back issues I've had.
