[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchases this pillow after trying a down pillow and a my pillow this was the only pillow that alleviated my neck pain. I prefer the shape/appearance of the cloud pillow as when it is on your mattress it fills out the pillow case like a traditional pillow.

Since I started using this Tempur-pedic pillow, it's the one and only for me. It molds perfectly to my neck with any position I sleep in and I've had much less pain. I love that it fully expands to its original shape pretty quickly and I find it to be extremely comfortable.

Purchased 2 of these pillows - upon unboxing, I could immediately tell we have been duped. They are nothing like their pillows used to be. Small, thin, and offered literally no neck support. Wish I could return but tempur-pedic is apparently the only company on earth that offers no returns. I'm guessing because they know how trash their pillows are and if they allowed it, everyone would return. STAY AWAY

I've been a Tempur fan for a very long time; on my second mattress and second set of pillows. Since my Temper Soft and Conforming pillows, which I LOVE are now 7 years old, I decided it's time to get a new set. Unfortunately, it seems the Soft and Conforming has been discontinued, so I opted for the Tempur Cloud as an option. The good news is the price is considerably lower than the Soft and Conforming was; but the bad news is the pillow is far smaller and thinner than my old favorite. My head sinks almost all the way down to the mattress; there is minimal loft in this pillow. I decided to try the Tempur Cloud Adjustable instead.... see my review of that product, suffice to say it also fell short of expectations. I didn't attempt to return Tempur Cloud pillows I originally purchased - just kept it for my grandkids to use when they visit.

I was concerned it would get too hot, based on other reviews, but the temperature stays stable. It is very comfortable. I like that the cover removes and is easily tossed in the washing machine. It is a worthwhile buy when they are having a promotion.

This is the best pillow we have purchased. It is like sleeping on a cloud. The mornings of waking up with either a stiff neck, headache, or both are over since we started using these pillows! This pillow is comfortable for both my wife (side-sleeper) and myself (back-sleeper).

I was using some that I think were a little too thick, and I came across these in an article listing the best pillows for stomach sleepers. These were the only foam pillows on the list. They compress nicely under pressure but bounce back quickly and maintain their shape. No constant readjustments through the night.

I gave it a few months to really give it a try and after 2 months I gave up and started using my old pillow. The tempur pillow was just too high up and made sleeping very uncomfortable. It's unfortunate I can't return these so I'm just stuck with them. Be aware of what pillow you purchase, price point does NOT equal good quality or comfort, must try pillows yourself first b4 making the purchase
