We have sleet on a Tempurpedic for over 10 years so, I knew the quality was good. I read several reviews from different pillows, manufactures and ultimately decided that the cloud pillow was what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick! Since getting the pillows about a month ago, I have not woken up with a headache or neck pain. I love the TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, quality pillow.

Both the bed and pillow were well worth the price. Best pillow I have ever purchased. As both a back and stomach sleeper this pillows height and firmness works perfectly for me.

I was not sleeping at all at night, but ever sense I've purchased the cloud I sleep straight through the night and don't have restless sleep and it has help me tremendously. It molds to your neck whether on your back or side sleeping, and it has completely remedied my neck & shoulder stiffness and pain I was experiencing on my last pillow. It's supportive, Kush, and honestly must be what it's like sleeping on a cloud. Love it!

This pillow is very soft and plush. Somewhat of a snuggle pillow or something you have for decoration. It does not, in my opinion give proper shoulder and neck support. I can not sleep on this pillow on its own as it sinks in and becomes flat once you lay your head on it.

I probably would not have chosen it myself because I am used to using a squishy poly-fill pillow and always thought memory foam was much too firm. I think we always buy pillows based on the way they feel when touched by your hand. You really can't do that with memory foam because it feels much firmer on your hand than how it actually feels under your head. I absolutely love this pillow. Comfortable no matter what my sleeping position. No neck aches. Keeps its shape and has removable cover that can be washed. I was so wrong about using a memory foam pillow. It has been just wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is the pillow is good, but the profile of the pillow is too high for back sleeper, especially the firmness of the pillow also make you semi-look down when you sleep facing up. If you are mostly a side-sleeper, this is a good height.

Terrible. I'm only being straight forward because I contacted support already and they said they cannot do anything to assist me and that pillows have a zero refund policy. Have only purchased your pillows since about 2015 and have your bed. Will be looking into other options in the future.

An added bonus is that given their stiffer form, they are more aesthetically pleasing than standard pillows can be. .There was a slight defect with one of them and customer service was incredibly efficient and helpful in resolving the issue. Highly recommend!
