[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two recent, expensive mattress purchases from other manufacturers (both awful), I could not afford a full Tempur-Pedic mattress (I should have known better, to quote The Beatles), so I was thrilled to find a Tempur-Pedic topper. A huge bonus was getting a free pillow in the bargain. I'd also made years of mistakes buying pillows that were never supportive or comfortable, and was at the end of my rope. Laying my head on the Tempur-Pedic Cloud pillow, coupled with the topper, was Heaven. No more neck or back pains! If you have been searching for the perfect pillow, trust me - this is it. After a year it's still performing like new, something I've never been able to say about ANY of the dozens and dozens of pillow I've owned in my 60-odd year life. Extremely comfortable, extremely supportive.

These pillows are comfortable and I no longer wake up feeling well rested and no more stiff neck! They do weigh more than your typical pillow. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the feel of the pillow but it goes completely flat for us (both mine and my hubby's) when we lay our heads on it. We added an additional pillow underneath it (inside our pillowcases) and now we're able to enjoy it and we do love it. By itself it would be too flat for us and we would have had to return it. For us it just needed a little boost underneath to be the right height. It also smells chemically but the pillowcase has helped take the edge off. I'd like to encase it in another pillowcase or something as I don't like the smell and not sure if it's healthy for us to be inhaling that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on this pillow for about a week. I do like it but am still trying to get used to memory foam vs. down. I've never been able to sleep on regular memory foam pillows since they are too firm, but this pillow is just right. Not too soft, but enough firm enough to support my neck.

Even if I am not being distracted by my thoughts and devices, I still take a good hour or so to fall asleep, and that's on a good night. I bought a few of these for my kids and tried one out for myself for a nap one day. I fell asleep almost instantly. I didn't wake up with any aches or pains, and my nap was so refreshing. If you like pillows that form to the contours of your neck and shoulders, this is the pillow for you. I love being able to sleep and always wake up feeling completely rested, and I know it is because of this pillow. I only wish I had gotten one sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that these pillows can be either really comfortable and form fitting or they flatten so much it feels like you're not lying on anything. Sometimes I feel like I need to have another pillow underneath it to feel like I have support on my head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first sight, I thought the pillow would be too thin, but started sleeping on it and now it's one of my favorite pillows. It provides the perfect support for my head and neck, even when sleeping on my stomach. The mattress pad is awesome! I've been suffering from back pain for years with difficulty maneuvering to get out of the bed in the morning. Since sleeping on this new mattress pad my pain has much improved. These came free with toppers and we're not fans. Fine for back sleeping, but that's not where we spend most of our time. Crush to nothing, rapidly, for side sleeping. Instead of 'giving' a free pillow, maybe Tempurpedic could allow customer to 'choose' a free or equivalent value towards a free pillow. Then you could get the one that suits your sleeping style. Live and learn.....

I sleep on my side or my back and I won't go anywhere without it. I even purchased more for my husband and my kids. My husband was always taking my pillow when he felt how comfortable it was. You won't regret buying this pillow. I totally recommend!!

I'll wake up and have to flip the pillow to recharge it's "cloud-like" form which I don't like doing, but these pillows are better than normal store bought pillows.
