[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many different pillows and usually have to fold them in half or use two or more and still end up with a head ache and/or sore neck in the morning, but this pillow has been amazing! I only need one, it conforms to the right thickness for my head and I haven't had an ache or pain In months since I've started using it! Bought one for my husband and daughter and they love it also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started off thinking goodness I think I made a bad decision. Just like the mattress we bought it takes a few weeks to get broke in. I don't think I can ever have anything but tempurpedic. It is my favorite time of the day to go and curl up with my pillow and mattress. The neck and back pain have become non existent.

I was looking for a firmer pillow, I had bought 2 pillows in 2012 and they were wonderful, very firm, they were the symphony, but not like the ones they have now. They lasted for all these years, but have flattened somewhat. I'm still in search for the right one., I just purchased the cloud and they are to soft for me, but still a good pillow., so still searching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had these cheap pillows that would make my neck uncomfortable and stiff, don't know how I put up with it but after buying these, I now fall asleep faster than before and I wake up with no neck problems! They're super comfortable and I regret not getting them sooner.

Please know that I have had Tempur-pedic mattresses and pillows for over 15 years, so many of their products are great. Unfortunately, this was the worst pillow I have ever used. In less than 1/2 a night, I had so much neck, shoulder, upper back pain, that I had to get up for an hour or two to relieve the pain. Maybe I purchased the wrong pillow, I don't know, but for me, this pillow just didn't work...

This pillow turned out to be a little different than I expected. The name of the pillow would suggest that this is a fluffy, comfortable pillow. The box also suggests that it is good for all sleep positions. What my experience has been after we'll over a month of having this pillow is that it is super firm, and maybe a bit too high in elevation. I'm a side sleeper and sleeping on my side with this pillow is not comfortable. If I sleep on my back I find this pillow to be much more comfortable and would say it is much better suited for that position. I believe the quality of the material in this pillow is very high, however the performance of it was different than I expected. I'm not sure where the proper balance would be to have good quality foam and softness, but this pillow is very springy and constantly wants to return to its original form. So to recap, if you are a backsleeper and like a pillow that's extremely firm, this will work well for you.

I got these pillows because I have a tempur mattress that's very comfortable. Unfortunately both pillows feel like concrete. I've done multiple things to try to fluff them up, but they're stiff, very flat and not good to sleep on. They're non-refundable, so if you can try before buying, please do!

Now a month later it's even better! I'm telling everyone I know to get this pillow. It's not too soft or hard. It's perfect. It supports your head and neck wonderfully.
