It provides the perfect support for my head and neck, even when sleeping on my stomach. The mattress pad is awesome! I've been suffering from back pain for years with difficulty maneuvering to get out of the bed in the morning. Since sleeping on this new mattress pad my pain has much improved. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that these pillows can be either really comfortable and form fitting or they flatten so much it feels like you're not lying on anything. Sometimes I feel like I need to have another pillow underneath it to feel like I have support on my head.

MY WIFE AND I ORDERED 2 CLOUD PILLOWS WHICH WE HAVE RECEIVED. THEY WERE SHOWN AS MEDIUM SOFT. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE PILLOWS WERE FIRM AND NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL. WHEN WE CALLED TO RETURN THEM FOR A SOFTER PILLOW, WE WERE TOLD THAT PILLOWS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE WERE SHOCKED TO HEAR THIS SINCE WE PURCHASED THEM FROM TEMPURPEDIC DIRECTLY. WE DIDN'T USE THEM AT ALL. WE ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM THE SAME DAY WE RECEIVED THEM. SHAME ON TEMPURPEDIC FOR NOT OFFERING AN EXCHANGE POLICY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Cloud Pillows have make a different in my sleep. They are one of the best and softest pillows that I ever slept on. I don't experience neck pain like I did with my old pillows. I sleep through the night comfortably. Overall a great purchase.

Upgraded my pillows to the tempur cloud to try and alleviate neck stiffness, and it has worked wonderfully I no longer wake up with a stiff or sore neck and I've also noticed better sleep quality. The cooling material is amazing and keeps me cool all night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased 4 Tempur-pedic cloud pillows during a direct on-line promotion. I was looking forward to them as we have a Tempur-pedic mattress and have purchased Tempur-pedic pillows before directly from mattress stores. Unfortunately, when the pillows arrived and I opened the box they smelled oddly. I thought it might just be a 'new' material smell so we tried airing them out for a couple of days. But when I tried using them it really bothered me. We tried for about a week and gave up as they had a strong smell that was either chemical or mildew/moldy. I will be throwing them out.

I'm a side sleeper who wakes up on her back, and I needed a new pillow because my old down pillow did not offer enough support, and more often than not, I'd wake up with a "crick" in my neck and tense shoulders. This pillow has more than delivered-not only do I sleep soundly, but even when I switch sides, I have no pain when I wake up. It has a perfect balance of soft and supportive. Highly recommended!
