I ended up getting it as a gift for other family members because it's so delightful. Whenever I'm out of town and I come back home to this pillow, it's immediately so noticeable how much of a difference it makes.

Then on the third and fourth night I noticed my neck felt really tight along with my shoulders. I went back to my other pillow which is more flat than this one. It did not help whatsoever. I decided to try the cloud pillow again and my body must have just adjust to it. Now I have no issues, but I have to admit but I didn't like it at first. It's definitely a quality pillow and I ended up getting one for my fiancé as well and he's never had any problems with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 of these for the wife and I. While the pillow does feel nice, it is way to soft to offer any support. This is coming from someone who has always been a fan of using the softest, thinnest pillows available wherever I go. I wake up with worse neck/shoulder pain than I had prior to using this, and I think it's mainly due to the design. It seems to put pressure in all of the wrong places and allows the portions you would want pressure to sink... hard to describe. My wife had the same issue and quickly moved on from it after a few nights, I hung on a bit hoping I would "adjust" to it but alas it did not happen. Unfortunately Tempur does not offer returns on pillows so we're stuck with 2 expensive pillows we can't even use.

I bought two of these pillows after staying at a friend's house who had them. I had her take a picture of the tag and found these online, so excited for my new pillows. However these are nowhere near as good as the ones my friend had from a few years back. The ones I received were much thinner and less supportive. I have to use two pillows, and even then it's not quite right. The ones she had were perfect on their own.

This second one is softer, and actually fits me better, but it's just something to note in case you, like me, are returning for seconds... I bought the first one sometime in 2017, and the second one in 2018.

I have had different Tempur-Pedic products in the past and have slept on one of their beds for 11 years now. These new pillows are different than what I had and don't seem near as nice or comfortable. I cannot give them time to get used to them because after more than a week and washing the covers and putting on multiple pillowcases they still smell terrible and I wake up with a soar throat and headache.

This pillow is a game changer and I've been able to easily fall asleep every night and wake up usually feeling well rested! My boyfriend also loves this pillow. I bought 2 of them at a discount. One for each of us! He usually has a more difficult time sleeping than I do. Now, he actually is fast asleep before I am! I highly recommend this pillow.

Purchased 2 of these pillows - upon unboxing, I could immediately tell we have been duped. They are nothing like their pillows used to be. Small, thin, and offered literally no neck support. Wish I could return but tempur-pedic is apparently the only company on earth that offers no returns. I'm guessing because they know how trash their pillows are and if they allowed it, everyone would return. STAY AWAY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing two pillows I am sad to say the two I recently purchased "The Cloud" and "Pro High" were very disappointing. After an hour or so both become extremely flat and are very uncomfortable.
