I finally decided to buy one for myself and I regret not doing so sooner! I haven't slept this well in years. I've even convinced some of my friends to buy the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow too, and they say the same! Thanks for the incredible product.

No support. Pillow goes completely flat as soon as you put your head on it. I expected WAY better from Tempur Pedic and the astronomical price that they charged. Also, give it time to air out because it smells just as bad as a brand new memory foam mattress

Though the desk chair cushion doesn't fully cover it still protects my bum while I sit. Cannot find a pillow this nice anywhere online for my bum. Your pillow fits the bill for sleep and sitting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the choices now available. I've been sleeping on tp pillows for almost two decades and the option for back sleepers is fantastic. The smell is still an issue for the first few weeks but will worth it for how comfortable the pillow is.

If you need a more structured pillow this is not the product for you. It flattens out as you sleep on it. The BOGO deal is awesome BUT make sure you read their return policy as you CANNOT Return/Exchange. I suggest you finding a store near you to feel the pillow before buying it online.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had cheap $2-5 pillows my whole life. After talking to some friends and my chiropractor I decided to try a tempurpedic pillow. I really never realized how much a good pillow could improve my sleep as well as decrease my neck discomfort. A good sleeping product is a good investment since we spend so much time asleep and using it. These pillows are incredibly comfortable, keep their shape when not in use as well as form well to pressure given. The only thing I did not like was it took longer than described for the factory smell to leave the pillow. Although I'm sure some sort of fragrance spray could aid in this. I have become one of those people who travels with their own pillow because I fall asleep as soon as my head hits this amazing cloud.

It's like a million tiny baby clouds decided they wanted to cradle my neck and give me support through the night! I'm a stomach sleeper and my wife is on her side and back and both of us are very pleased with our new pillows! Pure blissful sleeping from here on out!

Do not buy! My husband and I were so excited to upgrade our pillows when we got these. "Adaptive support" as soon as you put your head on this pillow, you sync to the mattress. There is zero support, and I wake up with a sore neck every morning. We tried to return or at least exchange these pillows after the first night we tried them and were denied with no other options. Shocking to me that as a shocking to me that as an online business, they offer no returns or exchanges. How are you supposed to know via a picture online if you are going to like the feel of a pillow? Very disappointed in the quality and customer service we have experienced.

The shipping was quick and everything came packaged neatly and sealed in special bags. It also doesn't make you feel hit even with the Tempur-pedic protective case.
