Had to throw out my old pillow and tried a down pillow. Sadly kept waking up throughout the night with neck pain. Then tried a shredded memory foam and sadly had the same result. Then after some researching I found this pillow to be highly recommended. First night in the morning I had some slight neck pain but for the next 2 weeks I have had no pain at all. I can assure you that my next will be tempurpedic.

I felt like my neck wasn't in great alignment and needed something just a little bit thicker. They are also very heavy as compared to other pillows. They are fine but I'm not going to be replacing all other bed pillows in our home with these anytime soon.

I historically sleep with a down pillow and sleep on with my side or back. This tempurpedic pillow was way to firm. Even on my side my head was propped way up, not in line with the rest of my spine at all. I had a terrible neck ache after the first two days with the pillow. I thought I needed to get used to it so I have it a whole week... only got worse. Switched back to my old down pillow and no issues...

I ordered this product because my SO has these pillows and always loved how soft yet supportive they were. I decided to purchase these myself since there was a greatk sale on the website and as a stomach sleeper these were ideal. I was super excited to get these. However, I noticed felt differ compared to the ones my SO has. These felt a lot more softer and would smush too much to provide me with any support. I could feel the bone on my shoulder under the pillow. I gave it a couple nights to adjust but I would end up with slight pain on my neck. I really wanted to love these but had to go back to my old pillows. I did enjoy how soft and plush it was against my skin.

I bought a cloud 5 or 6 years ago and it was amazing. Bought a new one to replace my old one and this newest version is awful. My neck hurts so bad from using it. Grrrrr.....I hate when companies change a good product. No wonder they were buy one get one free.

I had a Temperpedic pillow for 13 years and it was near the end of its life, so I took advantage of a deal on the Temperpedic site to buy a new one. It was depressingly thin and not supportive at all, compared to my old pillow. I wish I had tried it out in person before I purchased it. I love the hard rock type pillows and this one just didn't cut it for me. I'm sure it's just a different model than my old pillow, but I was definitely disappointed when I was so looking forward to my new pillow.

I am a side sleeper and have spent years searching for the perfect pillow to alleviate my back, neck, and shoulder pain. This is easily the best one I've tried to date. Supremely comfortable for all sleep styles, doesn't run too hot, and is the perfect size. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely cannot sleep without my cloud pillow! It adjusts to whatever position I end up in and stays cool and comfortable all night. I keep a thin pillowcase on mine and it doesn't change how it works like other foams do. I now take this pillow with me when I travel, too! It's top priority!

I bought 2 and loved this pillow, I slept better right away. Had one in my guest room and he loved it. Bought one for my sister and she told me she finally slept 5 hours in a row and was super happy with it. I would replace all my pillows if I could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I had piles of pillows on our bed so we could add or subtract them as needed to try to get comfortable at night. We'd end up with sore necks and shoulders, wake up several times to readjust pillows and what not. I decided that we were going to get a couple of GOOD pillows and see if it really would help. BOY! Did it ever. My husband still uses a couple of pillows to lay in bed and read but when the light goes out the only pillows on our bed are the Tempur-Cloud pillows! Thanks!
