[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] sleep awesome, solid rest, wake refreshed soft but firm mattress, no chemical smells, no allergies second mattress from tempurpedic, they stick behind their guarantee no sore muscles, I have recommended these mattresses to all family members and some friends I have no complaint, yes it is heavy to move but the sleep makes it worth it. I turn my mattress every 3 months, its on my calendar to keep it regular Grandchildren love it too!

I finally pulled the trigger on trying the new Tempur-Cloud because my neck has been hurting so much every morning and I will say it is most definitely worth the money. Perfect neck support and there isn't a single uncomfortable position with this pillow. I've even started going to bed earlier just because I enjoy being in bed so much now.

I had the original, then the bean shaped one, my husband stayed with the original shape (3 or 4 times). I LOVE this cloud pillow the best (for me). It's SO comfortable. I'm a side sleeper, and sometimes a back sleeper and it's perfect for both. I also like how it's "quiet" and sound absorbing when you lay your ear on it.

Well, at age 61, I'm happy to say I've finally found both! The pillow is such a wonderful compliment to my perfect mattress :). So very happy with both. I like soft and conforming. To soft for a back sleeper and just ok for a side sleeper. I prefer a firmer pillow that I don't sink in. My wife will not even use hero's, it gives her headaches. We took off the zipper covers it came with and took a full week to air out the smell. We also ordered the cooling covers which was a waste of money as well. Since these items are non returnable, we put them in the guest room. We were going to buy a king sized bed but due to the return policy on products. We will be buying elsewhere.

My wife and I decided to try these out because our IKEA pillows were old and lost their support. We both like the pillow and can vouch that it works well for solely back sleeping and stomach sleeping (neither of us are side sleepers). The pillow is a little heavier than our previous ones, but we like it. This is the most expensive pillow we've purchased, but we feel that it was worth it sleep-wise after using it for several months. It helps if you can purchase the pillow when a buy 1 get 1 fee sale is going on.

But the pillows I had were too thin and would collapse during the night, so I found myself stacking pillows, or else waking up with terrible shoulder / neck pain. The cloud was a life changer! The perfect height for side sleepers and maintains its support all night. For those looking for the softness of a feather pillow but the support of a Tempurpedic, this is a great option!
