Had these pillows for about a month and my neck is hurting so so bad! The doctor said i developed a stiff neck. The pillow just doesn't have any support!

I think my head must weigh 110 pounds! All kidding aside, I thought it would be firmer than what it was. It kind of flattened out.. I ended up buying a different pillow. BUT!! This pillow is good for some people! It has great reviews!

We got this pillow free with our mattress and are thrilled! So comfortable and I think I sleep much better with it. We've been taking turns to test it out and will probably order another as we both love it!
