I’ve had the Tempur-Pedic mattress and after neck surgery, I’ve had trouble finding the right support in a pillow. No words can say how thrilled I am with my choice. Haven’t had to fluff or flip my pillow once. Neck and shoulders don’t hurt anymore, I will forever be using tempurpedic products.

In my opinion this pillow is not supportive at all. Too soft and too low. I hardly use this pillow. I was expecting to get a heavier firmer pillow. Not too firm, but firmer than this one. The description read this pillow is good for side and back sleepers. I don't think so at all. There is no support. I personally will not recommend.

These pillows were on sale and had high reviews so I bought a set for myself and my daughter. We both had the same complaint.. once you lay on the pillow for a few minutes if you move around at all, the entire thing goes completely flat and you might as well not have a pillow at all. This might be the worst pillow I have ever slept on.

This pillow is anything but a cloud. It’s hard as a rock. I’ve been on the hunt for a great pillow. I used Tempur-Pedic years ago, and it was my favorite pillow. They discontinued the one I used, which is why I stopped using them. Decided to try them again. Now I remember why I stopped.

I used to use regular pillows and then tried memory foam pillows that were purchased from my local big box stores. I found that I was waking with neck pain, headaches and/or shoulder pain. Within a few days of using my pillow I noticed my pain easing and finally going away. It is winter now and I am excited to try the cooling features of this pillow when it warms up outside. I definitely recommend purchasing this product/brand even if it is more expensive than the low cost products. It was well worth the price for me since it helped to sleep better and wake up without pain.

Got a headache the first night of use because it doesn’t have enough support for my neck. Still in search of a soft pillow with support. I got the BOGO deal and reached out to try and return the extra pillow that I haven’t even opened, but they don’t do returns on pillows.

The pillows are good but I would like them a little stiffer. I have neck issues & require a little less give with my pillows to be completely comfortable. When the pillow is colder it does seem to have more stiffness but after I've laid on it for a bit there is no resistance.

I was looking for another memory foam pillow to replace an old one I have been using for several years that is no longer made. The cloud pillow is the closest I could find to that. It is soft, but not too soft and provide support for my neck. I have been looking for a while for good pillows since my neck has been very sore. However, since sleeping on the cloud pillow, my neck is much better and I am sleeping!

I have a Tempur-pedic mattress i purchased awhile ago and i love it. I also have the travel pillow and comfort pillow which I also love. This pillow is terrible. I purchased it as a BOGO and upon receiving it I opened one pillow and used it for 3 nights and it was a total disappointment. It was so flat I couldn't sleep comfortably and it ended up hurting my neck. I am truly disappointed your company offers this product.

2 years ago I broke my neck and went though surgery to fuse my cervical spine c3-c6. I used to use a pillow that had little cushion, full of feathers, very flat. Every morning I woke up with terrible pain. Ended up choosing this pillow and was blown away at the results. I wake up with no pain, well rested, and am now sold on tempur-pedic. Also, There are a couple different pillows I would love to try to see id they might help me as I am a huge stomach and side sleeper. Thank you guys :)
