[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's just so perfect. The right amount of support, the right amount of softness. Even though it's not offered with the cooling cover, it is my go to. I absolutely love this pillow.

Unfortunately, this pillow makes my neck hurt. My head sinks down so much it feels like there is no pillow underneath it. Then it feels very hard. It just isn't for me.

And I'm afraid I'm not the right big girl for this pillow! I've used smallish, down pillows for many years and this one is way too firm for me to use.
