[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good quality but too soft for my liking. Feel like they compress too much. Not as expected. Would have returned if it was an easy process.

The saleslady said this would substitute for a scrunchable down pillow, but it doesn't. On the other hand, my husband has been having problems with pillows, using this one for the month, and seems to find it preferable to others he's tried.

I thought I had 90 days to try it to see if I liked it, or I'd get my money back. That was not the case and now I'm stuck with two pillows that feel the exact same as every other memory foam

I've been using Tempur pedic pillows for 20 years, but this pillow in particular is the worst I have ever tried! I can hardly sleep and wake up every day with neck pain from this pillow! Apparently they offer 5 years warranty, but not on comfort!🙄
