[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow was hard, not as soft as I expected for a "cloud" pillow. Had strong smell, washed pillow covers multiple times and still would not come off. Non refundable items.

I had purchased a queen-sized pillow which was very comfortable but had too much loft for my neck. I ordered this cloud pillow and it's been just what I needed and I would recommend it.

I received this pillow as part of my Tempur Topper purchase. It's very comfortable when sleeping on my back or side. Its a bit bulky when sleeping on my stomach.

This is a good pillow, bought it to keep in our camper so we did not have to take ours from the house each time we take it out. These are great and we are picky about our pillows.

I had an older cloud pillow and this must be the newer model the exterior is extremely thick and durable more structured and heavier. I was expecting more of a softer light weight inside it was a too firm for me. Great quality though
