These pillows are way too thin. It's like sleeping with nothing! My husband and I both woke up with sore necks every day. Also, there is no return or exchange policy with these. So you're out a lot of money if they don't work for you.

My wife had been rotating between three different pillows every night until we received our Tempur-Pedic Cloud pillow. Now she uses only her "Cloud" pillow!

It feels nice at first but eventually your head just sinks all the way through it, like you are then laying on nothing at all-not in a good way. Definitely could use more support to it. Just goes totally flat :(
