[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this pillow for 3 nights and woke with a neck and upper back pain. Returns are not accepted, and I purchased 2 pillows I cannot use.

The saleslady said this would substitute for a scrunchable down pillow, but it doesn't. On the other hand, my husband has been having problems with pillows, using this one for the month, and seems to find it preferable to others he's tried.

This is a very soft pillow. Definitely lives up to the name 'cloud.' Great for me since I am primarily a back sleeper. I would not recommended if you are a side sleeper.

This product is comfortable as you settle in, but it has little or no contour and it's hard to stay comfortable as you move around through the night. Disclosure: I've had prior neck surgery and the support I need may be different than yours.

I have extreme neck problems. Over the years I have tried numerous pillows. You thought about it I bought it. This pillow is wonderful. Thank you temper pedic. You gave me my life back.

Unfortunately once the head rests on this pillow it goes completely flat. I really did not feel any support. The pillow indeed feels like a cloud but loses it's fluffiness overall.
