I was initially concerned because the pillow seems high at a first glance but it's honestly soo comfortable! Super soft and molds to the shape of your head/neck area.

This is an excellent pillow especially if you are ordering online and not able to try to pillow ahead of time, it adapts to your head and sleeping position perfectly, offers support, while also having that 'cushy-cloud' feeling.
