Step2 Kitchen

I love this kitchen. It took my husband and me only about 30 minutes to put it together and the most time consuming part was putting on the stickers! We have had the kitchen now for a year and there isn't a day that goes by that my daughter doesn't play with it. She was 2 and now almost 3 years old. She got extra food and pots as a separate gift from other family members and now she loves to pretend she is cooking. I only gave this product 4 stars on value because I'm cheap and I would have liked to pay less but I would pay for this kitchen again. Buy it!

Good value, kids love it

My 2 year old boy loves it! Cool sounds. Wasn't too bad to put together. Walmart had the best price too. Not directly related to this product, but may be on your mind - we made the mistake of buying additional food or plates/pots, which just makes a mess to clean up. Go for the 12-14 piece food sets - not the 122...way too much.

Great Kitchen for Little Ones!

We got this kitchen for my 18month old daughter and 3 1/2 yr old son and they both love it! This was definitely a great value (trust me...I shopped around before buying it) And I used the Site to Store option and paid nothing for shipping. I put this together myself and it took less than an hour. If you are looking for a compact kitchen that is not in primary colors, this would be it!

A great value

I was very happy with this product, as it was for my grandaughter and grandpa had to put it together. It went together like a snap. It took about 45 minutes including decals. The only thing was the phone did not ring very loud, but that made Mom happy.

Goes ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations..

We got this kitchen for our two year old daughter for Christmas. I cannot tell you how excited I am that it is EXACTLY what I wanted. For those of you that don't really have THAT much space but that don't want one of those cheaply made kitchens - this is the kitchen for you! I can't say enough good things about this product - I do want to say; however, that I will forever buy things from Step2. The quality of their products are amazing! I thought I might kick myself for not getting one of the bigger kitchens, but I am so happy with this one - it's not too big, but not too small either. This is one of my best purchases EVER and for the price - you really can't beat it!

GREAT PRODUCT

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas this year and she has been playing with it everyday. I have no complaints, there is plenty of storage. I bought this as a bundle with the 101 food piece set and all the food fits in the drawer plus there is still room for her to store her other dish set and play silverware. A little bit smaller than I anticipated which was great since we did not have alot of space for it. VERY STURDY my daughter is 3 and has already tried to climb and stand on this.Overall great investment! Oh also very simple to put together.

My 2 Yr Old Loves It!

I shopped around a lot before choosing this kitchen. I wanted something small enough for our house, but big enough that my 2 year old would be able to enjoy it for years to come. Size wise, this kitchen is perfect. lots of doors and drawers for storing the dishes and food, which my daughter loves. I am a little disappointed that there are only stickers where the buttons for the appliances are, rather than real buttons that she can push. Also, I thought the phone would make sounds, and it doesn't. But, my little girl doesn't seem disappointed by these things at all, and really loves this kitchen. Also, my 5 year old neice cannot wait to come over and play with it, too. :) Relatively easy to assemble. All in all I am happy with the purchase.

Cute but small

I ordered this play kitchen thinking it would be a bit larger than it is, but it certainly didn't disappoint. My son is 2 and it is the perfect size for him. It it constructed very nicely and durable. The only problems I had were that the holes are not predrilled so you will need a powerdrill to make holes. Also I was under the impression that the sink would be deeper than it is it is literally only 2 inches deep, kind of disappointed in that. My son loves the noises it makes and its great fun. Perfect size for an apartment.

Best kitchen for the price!

This kitchen is perfect for my daughter and son. My son is 5 and is loving using the kitchen to cook me special meals. My daughter is 2 and just loves organizing and playing with the drawers. It took about 1 1/2 hrs to put together. Everything was labeled so it was easy enough to do myself. The stove top sizzles and/or bubbles depending on which pan you put on it. The phone also makes noise. It is just enough to excite the kids and not too noisy so that it is not annoying to me. I also used site to store delivery for free and although I had to wait a week or so for the product the item arrived quickly and in great shape.

Best value for a play kitchen!

I wanted to buy a play kitchen for my 2 year old son that wasn't pink or too gender specific. This kitchen is absolutely the best value, is a great size (not too large) and has great features. My son spends a lot of time opening and closing the drawers, refrigerator, and oven as well as stiring the "boiling pot" on the stove. I put this together myself in about 20 minutes and am so glad that I didn't spend $200 on other plastic kitchens! The plastic is very durable, although it doesn't weigh very much and my son is able to push it across the floor. I repositioned it in a corner which gave him less room to drag it. Overall a great product, especially if you get it on sale!
