MORE WORK THAN NEEDED

I ordered this product for my daughters birthday and put it together the night before and found out that half the pieces were missing to the product and not instructions were given. I contacted walmart.com and they had to send the replacements after my daughters party. The product was very difficult to assemble, the holes for the screws were not there and we had to drill our own holes. The product was a hit with my kids but alot of work just for the kids to enjoy.

not so much

I don't think this is very durable. Good & fun for kids to break though. It will last if your kids are not too curious. Mine aren't even distructive and they manage to have the handles & doors and sink came off. Just not the best quality. But it was fun while it lasted.

Terrible Packaging

When this item was delivered, I was shocked at the condition of the package. It literally looked liked they pulled the item off the shelf in your local store and put a ups label on it. There were 4 strips of stretched out packing tape on the top of the box the opposite direction of the seam. That's it, no reinforcement, no care given to the condition of the packaging.

Nice but not best deal for the quality

Purchased this item as a gift for my two year old niece. She loved the phone and dishes and the boiling and frying sounds the pot and pan made. She did not like the faucett on the sink. It is hard to turn and she wanted a water sound to come out. The drawer kept falling out under the fridge. She also did not like that the microwave buttons did not make any noise when pushed. I noticed the same product on sale after Christmas, of course, for half the price.

lot's of fun

We bought this for our granddaughter...19 months..just perfect size for her...wish they packed more kitchen tools..ie pans and what not...not enough room on shelf for dishes..needs to be a bit bigger to accomadate little hands but does fill its purpose. Easy enough to put together and fits nice in play room..all in all will tell other parents..its cute and worth the price.

Not as shown

This toy is nothing what the model at the store looked like or the wonderful picture on the box. The handles on this kitchen are really cheap. The door doesnt want to stay closed and they got it Christmas morning from Santa. If it had not been the only thing we had from Santa I would have returned it! I really think this product is a huge pile of junk!!!

Cooking up a storm

We purchased this for our granddaughter's second birthday. It went together pretty easily, and there are step-by-step directions with pictures for help. We did have a bit of a problem in that, though the box was clearly new and factory sealed, a couple of parts were missing. However, there is a toll-free number and the people at Step 2 were pleasant and quickly replaced those missing pieces for us. Our granddaughter LOVES this kitchen, particularly the boiling noises of the pot and sizzling noises in the skillet. She's pretending to push the buttons on the oven and microwave, etc., just like she was born to cook. Add some play food and maybe a few more pots and pans to this, and you've got a nice little kitchen. One of the best features is that it has storage built in--a basket, two drawers, and a cupboard, plus a special dish rack and shelf, not to mention the ability to store some things on the top of the unit. Great dollar value and excellent play value.

Great Buy!!

My daughter loves her kitchen! She couldn't wait until it was put together. Wasn't too hard to put together either, hubby had it together in less than 30 minutes. Would definately recommend to someone who wants to buy a kitchen but not take up too much room! Loved the fact it came with food.

SAD DAY

SO WE BOUGHT THIS FOR MY SON'S BIRTHDAY. IT GOT HERE JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE HIS BDAY. AND AS WE WERE PUTTING IT TOGETHER THERE WERE PIECES MISSING. NO, NOT JUST SILVERWARE OR PLATES. I AM TALKING THE PIECES THAT HOLD THE DANG THING TOGETHER. THE BOX LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NEVER BEEN OPENED. I AM SURE IT IS JUST A FLUKE. WE RETURNED IT AND ARE PRAYING SOME OTHERS COME INTO THE STORE IN TIME. MORAL OF THE STORY...NEVER WAIT. ALWAYS PUT IT TOGETHER EARLY!
