Terrible Packaging

When this item was delivered, I was shocked at the condition of the package. It literally looked liked they pulled the item off the shelf in your local store and put a ups label on it. There were 4 strips of stretched out packing tape on the top of the box the opposite direction of the seam. That's it, no reinforcement, no care given to the condition of the packaging.

Good for 3+ Children to play together

As title, after assembling it for our 28-month-old boy for several days, my wife and I think that this beautiful kitchen is better for an older child (maybe 3+ years). Because it is not equiped with songs, only has 2 simple cooking sound effects, it is kind of boring when my boy plays it alone. Moreover, 2-year-old children seem loving big pots, it doesn't have a big pot. If you only have one child and no time play with him/her, we will recommend a kitchen with songs, and more effect buttons (ex. sound, light, turning..).

Great kitchen but not the easiest assembling...

We bought this for my 2 year old daughter for Christmas and we're very happy with it, especially for the price we paid! My daughter loves the working stove and telephone and plenty of bins to store her play-food and dishes. The only complaint is that it's not the easiest to assemble and there were some screws that had to be put into the toy where there were no holes to drill into. So other than the hour and a half it took to assemble, it's a wonderful kitchen and small enough not to take up too much space in your home.

ok

Loved the ship to store option... Great price and ok kitchen. I was very upset to learn the boiler/frying sound only works with the pot & pan it comes with. The plate rack doesn't hold the dishes - we have to stack them on the side so now it is wasted space. Loved the drawer and basket though. It is sturdy and small which is what I wanted however, I would have rather spent a few more bucks on a better one.

Nice but not best deal for the quality

Purchased this item as a gift for my two year old niece. She loved the phone and dishes and the boiling and frying sounds the pot and pan made. She did not like the faucett on the sink. It is hard to turn and she wanted a water sound to come out. The drawer kept falling out under the fridge. She also did not like that the microwave buttons did not make any noise when pushed. I noticed the same product on sale after Christmas, of course, for half the price.

A great play kitchen for boys and girls!

I initially was going to buy a bigger kitchen but my daughter helped pick this one offline. The blue is not overwhelming to the point it feels like a boy toy but also no pink to feel like a boy shouldn't play with it, ya know, if you think gender colors matter. It was easy to put together. However, it recommends using a screwdriver but there were no preformed holes so I had to use a drill. No big deal! I managed to get it together by myself with a 14 month old trying to play with it during the process. It's a good, sturdy toy that will get many years of play!

Assembly is a nightmare..!!

I dont know how good the product would be if I could assemble. It's nightmare - There are no holes for screw, you need to push the pin through the plastic. So, you need a lot of strength/patience, and or you use a high quality electric screw driver/drill and run the risk of improper screw alignment. Also, I was not able to open some screws on battery unit, this is where I gave up. I have assembled a lot of things, including Ikea product, but this is the hardest on all.

I like playing with it more than my daughter!

You definitely need more than a screw driver, you need a drill! But a fun toy.
