Very comfortable and easy to assemble

I just assembled the chair so not able to give it 5 stars. Very easy to assemble.

My 3rd one I’ve bought. Any time someone needs a new chair, this is the go to. Price is right, and very comfortable

Excellent support, very comfortable. Why pay for an unknown when Serta offers this chair at a reasonable price?

For the cost of the chair, this was a great value. Very comfortable and looks good. Assembly was not difficult.

The chair is easy to assemble, although 2 people makes it much easier. The chair is sturdy & comfortable

This was my 4th Serra Professional Office chair. Easy to assemble. Looking forward to some naps in this chair.

Took me a min to get the back screwed on properly and adjust the tilt. Pretty comfortable sit just wish the front was a bit wider

Appears to be a great chair. Easy to assemble. Haven't sat in it much since we just got it yesterday.

This is my 2nd chair. The seams on the seat of the first chair came out and made the seat uneven and lumpy.
